Very disappointed with my first…
Very disappointed with my first experience shopping with SKIMS.
I recently placed two orders on separate days. The first order was placed as a guest checkout, and I never received a confirmation email. The second order was placed after I created an account, and that order appears correctly in my account.
I am now trying to return the first order and have been communicating with a customer service representative called Queenie. Despite providing proof of purchase, my delivery address, and multiple email addresses that may be associated to this order, I have repeatedly been told that no order can be found. For a brand as established as SKIMS, I would expect customer service to have better systems in place to locate an order using the information provided, especially when I can supply evidence that the purchase was made. I have physically received the order, so I am unclear why it cannot be located in your system.
Unfortunately, the communication has been frustrating and unhelpful. Rather than investigating further or offering an alternative solution, I have simply been told that there is no order associated with my account. As a first-time customer, this has left a poor impression.
The lack of support and accountability has made what should have been a straightforward return process unnecessarily difficult. Based on my experience, the customer service has been disappointing, and I will be escalating this matter further.

I ordered the straight neck bralette and boy shorts to match. Both came in within 2 weeks but are horrible quality! They are so thin and cheaply made that they will only make it through one wash. Before u received them I ordered more on sale and haven’t received them yet. Very slow delivery! Obviously, I am sending them all back and will never order here again.
I am a regular buyer of SKIMS. Each order is shipped on time , packaged well , fits like a dream. They sell out of a lot of colors in my favorite dresses so I have to check the site daily - but who cares ? Worth it.
Bad AI customer service, weird textured bra, undesirable color (how do you make black weird?) and the fit was absurdly off in all ways. Now I get to pay $6 to ship it back.

Placed an order but never got a confirmation email. I thought I was okay because I printed the page with the order summary from the website, but no, it does not have an order number and without that they seem useless at customer service. My credit card was charged. I will likely have to dispute it since I have no way to determine if I will ever get merchandise.
Skims is always such great quality. It has become my everyday staple in some shape or form. The customer service team is always so helpful and quick to respond. Delivery is always quick within a few days. I know that what I’m getting is what I pay for and will always see what they have in stock.
Very disappointed, bad online experience. Paid extra for postage, no tracking number provided after days of purchase. Will not purchase again. Co focused on marketing to attract customers but will never retain customers because, customer service seems to be a low priority.
Beautiful staples that I buy for myself and my daughter. We both have multiple cotton rib tanks, which hold up very well fits everybody body suits, bras, underwear, T-shirts, and long sleeve T-shirts. It all started with soft lounge dresses lol I am 6 foot tall my daughter is 511. We are thrilled with the sweats. They are long enough. I did buy a lightweight satin pants and a heavyweight satin pant and they both had 1 .5 inch hams that were easily undone. The pants were nice as is, but that added length really is spectacular.

Terrible customer service
I can’t comment on the items themselves since I still haven’t received my order, but my experience with Skims customer service has been very disappointing. I paid $21 for expedited 1 to 2 day shipping, yet after two days my order had not even been processed. At this point, it’s clear it will not arrive on time.
This kind of service shows very little care for customers or their needs. It feels like the company invests more in marketing than in actually delivering a reliable customer experience. Rather pay to companies that care for customers and have basic services in line.

Terrible customer service
The worst customer service I've ever had in my whole life. I just need a price match for the item I bought since after I bought it like within 2 days they have a 30% off and my package is still on the way. I tried to contact the customer service to see if they can do the price match or I just return the items and reorder them. However, the customer service only by email and took forever. They told me I don't have a membership and cannot get the 30% percent of AFTER THE PROMOTION ENDS ABOUT A WEEK LATER!! I was like do you need to spend million dollars to become a membership of you? Then ok, I just returned them, I have no loss at all, maybe you need to think about your cost with the way to treat a customer. I like the design by the way but really don't want to buy it anymore.
Very unhappy with their service. I ordered a set of underwear and only received part of it, so I requested a return. Unfortunately, the return label didn’t work. I contacted Klarna, and both Klarna and I tried to reach out to Skims several times, but they simply never responded. As a result, I now have to keep the item. I can’t recommend ordering from Skims.

We all know that the prices are highly inflated. Despite this, shipping is usually really fast. It's a shame that no discount codes available in America work in Europe. So you usually have to wait for some seasonal sales or promotions. Customer service always tries to resolve issues and they reply very quickly. I will definitely keep using this store. I'm taking off one star precisely for the price and because there are very few discount coupons available

Purchased the cotton underpants in many colors -for full coverage -for an upcoming abdominal surgery . Washed them all per instructions in preparation for surgery . Online experience is good
The online experience was pretty good and orders ship out quickly and arrive quickly. Items are true to size and consistent in quality. In store experiences vary wildly - Aventura was awesome, Fifth Ave NYC was hyper crowded and service was okay, Boca Raton store is terrible service every time and they even charged me standard price during a 20% customer sale event. New designs come often which is great.
Fast shipping I absolutely love this brand. The quality is like no other. Literally one of my favorites can’t live without Skims!
