one of the worst online experience

By far one of the worst online experience. Tried to buy a pair cuz the review seem decent but alas to no avail.After multiple back and forth it just got too much. I bought a pair of glasses 2 days earlier from a brick and mortar shop, which included an eye check and given the card for my test. The card as with most optician in singapore was the standard box and details were handwritten and does not have an expiry date detail. It does have the prescription date. And it was just done a few days prior and it was not accepted. Buying a pair of glasses should not be this tedious with that many red tapes. I have bought glasses in many other countries. You simply walk in, get a reading, and that is it. A pair within an hour. Yes it is that easy. Japan, South Korea, Germany, Singapore, Malaysia etc. I even signed up as a member and filled the necessary details and yet the customer service kept asking for particular which are already in the membership details. Hence for my mental health I just told them to refund my money and forget about the sale. SG0594172621G was my order. After choosing the frames, lenses and all of that correspondent with Jeffrey, josh, joel and resa yet yielded nothing. A total waste of time. Not recommended ...... An update- Service Manager Ms. Allison reached out to me after the initial review with an apology and a 15%discount ( terms n conditions apply) for a future order. I do appreciate the gesture. However I had to decline the offer. Given that I am still deterred from buying glasses online, I would just stick to brick and mortar store. Although I still chose not to buy, I appreciate that she reached out. Hence an updated review, adding another star.

Excellent pricing and shipping speed

Strange requirement of ID and prescription card to be able to order prescription lenses with the frames (Shade Station in the UK did not have this requirement when I ordered from them).. but apart from that quirk, the glasses were VERY competitively priced, genuine, and arrived quickly!

Easy shopping, genuine product

Price was en point, delivery very fast within 3days. Product came well protected in box and bubble wrap. Verified that the Ray Ban sunglasses were genuine.

Terrible..

Terrible... after a month i am still waiting for my glasses. Customer service gives inconsistent reasons. Of course they have taken the money and i have no product!

The arrival of the product was surprisingly quick about five days. The product delivered came in a box with the item enclosed in thick bubblewrap for protection. The price of the product was one of the cheapest website to buy different type of glasses. The product is value for money.

Purchase online was easy and smooth. But description was not accurate. Sunglass lenses colour was described as "green". But in actual, lenses color is grey with "green" mirror surface coating.
