My 2 fur babies passed away a month…

My 2 fur babies passed away a month apart in August and September of 2025. I notice in July 2026 that Spot was still deducting from my checking account. When I brought this to their attention I received a lot of I'm sorry for your loss, but no refund!

Ripoff Company

Terrible experience they quote one price charge another have no online support force you to call them and no support on Sunday wth. And make it impossible to cancel so I just joined and already am canceling. Beware do not sign up

We have three large dogs covered by…

We have three large dogs covered by Spot. Generally the claims are finalized rapidly, a few times we had to wait two weeks. I have had a couple of claims denied as not eligible where the Vet had me purchase over the counter medicine as it was cheaper for me and when submitted they were not approved despite documentation. Not covering pre-existing conditions is discouraging but it was clear before we enrolled. We have both wellness and medical so our monthly premiums are substantial but with the cost of good care, we cannot be without insurance. Overall, I am satisfied.

I have mixed feelings

I have mixed feelings. They seemed to have ignored the first claim that well exceeded our deductible. They did make a payment for the second claim. Not sure what to think. The insurance is really expensive, and my mom is a retired handicapped senior.

My second set of claims have been paid…

My second set of claims have been paid before my first set for one of my dogs. I don’t understand what the holdup is. That’s why I’m not giving a five star rating.

I think it’s wonderful that when you take your dog in you do get money back for getting shots and everything. I think that’s so great cause no insurance don’t do that and they’re so expensive. You guys are a lot better. And when you talk to somebody on the phone, you have any questions, they explain everything really good for you.
