I was pleased that my puppy was taken care of and that the policy reimbursed me for her medical bills quickly. I have heard stories others gave a problem. Spot insurance gave me no problem at at all. I will definitely recommend it to others.

No one answers the phone

I have tried calling the customer service line 3 times during the week. I have had no luck getting through to anyone after over 10+ minutes on hold. Otherwise I am happy.

Spot has been wonderful to work with. Every representative pleasant and always asked how my pet was. Any questions I may have asked, they answered thoroughly. My claim went through and I’ve received reimbursement. Very professional. I am much happier with SPOT than the prior pet insurance I had. I know my premium may go up, but hoping not too much as I am impressed with the professionalism of the Spot staff. Thank you.

I like the way you process claims. You are very fast processing claims and once completed you notify and explain each part of the claim and how it was process and what amount of money will be refunded.

Missing items in order

Three items were not included in my delivery. I checked the packing slip for confirmation. The tracking updates were also confusing and delayed. Honestly, not a great experience trying to resolve this issue on my own. I expected better support for my order mistakes.

I have only been member for 7 months and so far they do what they say. My puppy is 8 months old so I guess time will tell. I have recommended them to friends as I have had no issues with compensation.
