My dog actually loves the food. He usually sniffs his food to make sure he will like it and he went right for it cleaning the bowl. However he is a 175 lb Great Pyrenees and the food would cost me a fortune to feed him the amount on the weight scale listed on the side of the box.

I’ve noticed more rice than vegetables in one of the box items and I’ve noticed less vegetables that I used to see in this product I’m buying for $92.00 dollars plus tax , just to let you know that I am looking into other companies just like yours to see if it worth to buy or cook my own food for my doggies to keep them healthy

I also wanted to mention that we had a little shipping hiccup this past week, so I completely understand the frustration there. Normally, standard shipping takes about 2–5 days depending on the carrier. Since you’re currently receiving an 18-pack every 3 weeks for $92, another option would be moving up to our 36-pack for $167.20. That gives you more food at a lower cost per carton, and you could simply push your shipments out to a longer interval so you’re still receiving food at the pace your dogs need it. When I did the math on the shipment quantity, I realized it was only going to equal three weeks of food versus four weeks since I have a large breed dog. I was having trouble figuring out how to adjust the shipment so I wouldn’t run out of food at the end of the month. When I sent an email to their support, they were so very helpful and were able to adjust the shipment time to every three weeks so that I would not run out by the end of the month. I’m excited to see how this natural fresh food works for my dog. He seems to love it, but I need to make sure he doesn’t end up with an upset stomach, diarrhea or any of the other issues he’s had from time to time.

I was shorted a box of 36. I received 3 out of 4 boxes and I'm bring told to check with my neighbors and wait 2 days to see if it shows up. Seriously? I've never had part of a shipment just "show up" a couple of days late. I think you customer service needs to be re-evaluated. My dog loves the food and I want to say that on tiktok but I would if I don't believe in the company behind the product.

My doggy loves the happy owl food. He say 12 pound Chihuahua and he gobbles it down. I used to feed him Purina beyond. He likes us even better.

My dog wouldn't eat it at first. She turned away from her bowl every time I offered it. I really wanted her to like it because of its convenience. She is a picky eater even though she is 85 lbs. I heated it in the microwave, and it made a big difference. She eats it sometimes when she is in the mood.
