Tried to return insoles because they…

Tried to return insoles because they made the hip pain worse. They offered a partial refund instead of full refund with return. I cancelled the subscription and then received a email stating my insoles were shipped and billed my card $50.94. I called several times and got no answer. Emailed them again and now waiting on a response which they said could take 24 hours. Do not purchase from them. If I would have known how awful the customer service was I would have bought them from Amazon and been able to return them and not be billed for more. I am contacting my card company and turning them in for fraudulent charges.

This is absolutely not the standard we hold ourselves to, and we completely understand why you are upset. Regarding the discomfort, our insoles are designed to provide firm arch support and proper foot alignment, which can sometimes feel unusual at first as your body adjusts to a new level of support. We generally recommend wearing them for just a few hours initially and gradually increasing wear time over the course of a few days. We also recommend removing the original insoles from your shoes before inserting XSTANCE insoles to ensure the best fit and avoid any unnecessary pressure on your feet. That said, we fully understand that every person's body is different, and we are genuinely sorry it did not work out for you the way we had hoped. As for the billing concern, we want you to know that we take this very seriously. This is not something that typically happens and we will be thoroughly investigating what went wrong on our end. I have had plantar faciatis in the past…

I have had plantar faciatis in the past so I have prescribed insoles. I was looking for another insole that had great arch support. I feel xstance insoles really help with minimizing any reoccurance of the heel issues. I bought 4 pair so I have enough to share among the different shoes that I wear.

Cheap, flat slippers

I purchased the slippers and was very disappointed. The product is a cheap, lightweight, piece of plastic which has no arch support whatsoever. They are not worth anything close to the cost. Unfortunate because the insoles are a good product.

So far I’m up to 5 pair of these

So far I’m up to 5 pair of these. They definitely have been an incredible upgrade from both original and store bought insoles. They are a little too thick for some of my shoes and sneakers so wondering if there’s a more refined option here for my shoes, loafers, oxfords etc. but overall these things have helped me feel way more comfortable than I have in years standing fr long periods of time. I’m a dj that does private events which means a lot of 4 - 7 hour sets. And by day I’m walking properties and buildings. This may have added about 5 years to each of those careers

Don't buy these

Don't buy these! The worst inner soles ever. The arch is way to high. Trying to return them but the customer service is horrible
