Direct from their website, "Lowest Prices... Guaranteed! We won't be beat on price! We'll match the product prices of key online and local competitors for immediately available products.". When I requested they match a price on a product ($130 at competitor, $230 at TWD), I was told they can't match it, and to return the device, at my own cost of shipping. Guaranteed!, I'll never shop with them again. Same exact product from a competitor for 40% less!!! That's why they won't price match!

An absolutely perfect experience! From the moment of first contact with Liam Armitage, everything was perfect. Liam figured out what I needed (I didn't even know!) and worked up a proposal for me.
