Had exactly what I was looking for
I needed specific replacement antennas for an Icom radio that had been recently discontinued but we still have in-service for volunteer activities. Had the parts in-stock and got what I needed. No fuss no muss.

Shipping was slow
Shipping was slow, took 2 weeks to arrive. Otherwise as advertised, the antennas fit and function just like OEM.
Never ship product or call back with updates
Ordered a part from the company and immediately received confirmation my order was placed. I then waited over a month for my order to never be fulfilled and shipped. Every time I called for updates I was told someone would contact me back and resolve the issue and they never do even after I've called them 3 times. They go through their level one support of asking for my information and then provide nothing but a "you should get a call back" and never get one.
Good radio model information and selection.
Web site had information on radios that made it possible to identify mhz range for my radios enabled me to order the proper antennas. Fast shipping and effortless ordering. Great customer email communication.
The correct replacement antennas
The correct replacement antennas were available and reasonably priced for my older UHF radios. They work perfectly.
Took 2 months to get the correct…
Took 2 months to get the correct headset because they forgot to send it and then was asked to pay a credit card fee for the exchange, after the replacement headset already arrived. Poor customer service.

My order took over 30 days before it even shipped. It took so long I had forgot that I hand even ordered it. I will NEVER order anything from Two Way Direct again.
