Feels like the settlements take a long time. By the time a settlement offer comes I've already recieved like 5 offers from the afflicted business that I couldve accepted and been done with. Even if I forward the emails depicting the offer, I don't get an answer or any information if they reached out or not.

At first, it was pretty good. They negotiated with a few credit cards and were fine. But then there was an issue with a collections service and it fell through but United didn't tell me. And then the collections started garnishing my pay WITHOUT TELLING ME FIRST. United still didn't tell me. I still don't know what's going on with this situation because United isn't responding to any of my emails and I can't talk on the phone. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired and it would be really nice if they would tell you when there's an issue with someone they are supposed to be actively paying.
