I bought Espa bath and body oils in the gift set for my daughter, who is a yoga teacher at a residential recovery facility. I received a notice that my package was delivered on Saturday night and it never arrived at my adress. I tried to reach the delivery company but was stuck with a bot that never got back to me with any information or explanation. I reached out to Espa yesterday and never heard back or received an explanation. Last night my package ended up on my front lawn. Whoever it was mistakenly sent to must have delivered it to my house. It is outrageous and unforgivable that neither Espa or Sway (the delivery service) never responded to any of my inquires and calls for help in finding the package. This is horrible customer service and I doubt I will ever do business again with Espa.
