My husband has never allowed me to use anything other than Irish Spring for my body and hair wash needs. However, when I stumbled across Viori, I decided to buy it (using my pocket money) and so far it has been fabulous. Once I learnt that a more feminine bar was available, the feminine color and grip size (which was more suited to my delicate little hands) has enabled me to brush without tears. Wash with purpose. Smell with vigor. My husband is less pleased with this product as he believes it will lead to more independence and he hates the feminine tingling sensation (along with the visions of fairies and rainbows) he gets whenever he picks it up. I wanted to love this. The first time I used it, my hair was very smooth. I noticed a significant amount of hair loss (which never happens to me), but thought it was “normal” and maybe this was hair I was supposed to be shedding (I have very thick hair). Boy was I WRONG. Two months into using this shampoo and conditioner and I have a HUGE BALD SPOT on my hair and now have to go to a dermatologist to help fix this damage. Please please please don’t fall for all the positive reviews and actually filter by the 1 star reviews to see all of the other people this is happening to!!!

I have been using Viori shampoo and conditioner bars exclusively for almost 2 years. What I am noticing lately is build up, no shine to my hair along with dryness the next day after using the bars. A strange thing is that when bars are about 1/2 used, that is when I start seeing a change. Twice now when I noticed a change in my hair I would start with a new bar and it’s better for awhile. Not feeling the love I once did. Wondering if they have changed something.

I tried this product a few years ago and it was great, not sure what made me swap to something else again, but I finally got back to it this year and not only does it last a lot longer than a bottle of shampoo but my hair feels more clean, the scent honestly isn't as strong as it normally is after using some liquid shampoos, and it is much softer and shinier as well. My ends tend to split quickly and this definitely helps it last a bit longer than I'm used to which is really nice as well. Definitely a worthwhile product.

I love my Viori shampoo and conditioner bars. I am currently using the Hidden Waterfall scent. I love that I found a natural ingredient shampoo and conditioner that makes my hair feel and look great. I was referred to this product by a friend and am so glad I was. Their shampoo and conditioner bars are the best shampoo and conditioner I've ever used. I've tried many different brands and types over the years from Walmart to Salon and this is the only I've ever used that I can tell a noticeable difference in my hair. It keeps away static, smells good, and my hair feels the healthiest it ever has. You won't be sorry if you try it.

I am in the sun and water a lot. I have spent a small fortune trying to find the right hair products that will help stop, or at least slow down the damage, I am doing to my hair. Nothing has helped until I found VIORI shampoo and conditioner. My hair is shinier and is significantly softer. I love the way the shampoo lathers so quickly and also what my hair feels like once I rinse the conditioner out of my hair. Since I have been using VIORI, my hair damage has made a complete turn around. I will only use these bars from now on.

My whole life my hair would break just under my collar bone but with the help of Viori it made it to my bum! People that have known me and my hair history are shocked. I started using Viori bars in 2019 - four years ago - and I’m never going back! During this time I took a break and tried a very well-known brand (not bar style) out of curiosity to see how it compared & let’s just say my experience was awful. I switched back to Viori and my hair is back to its thickness and growth! I’ve used Citrus Yao and I’m currently using the purple lavendar bars. Coconut was a limited scent but that one was another fave. If you can get accustomed to using a bar, truly you won’t find better than Viori. So grateful for the hair of my dreams!!

I used the citrus yao shampoo bar and I’ve noticed a heavy amount of hair fall out with each use.. I am using the bar correctly by lathering in my hands and keeping the bar wet when rubbing on my scalp and my hair just won’t stop falling out. I really love everything about this bar but the hair loss is a no for me. I’m sad.

I decided to get the Citrus Yao Shampoo bar & love the scent of the bar as well as the lather. My hair feels very clean but now notice how dry and straw like my hair feels. Not sure if another one would be more beneficial for my hair type.

I decided to try this shampoo and conditioner,( bought the trial size) because of my very dry scalp. I went on vacation to Costa Rica, and when I got back, I decided to try it! I had been in the sun and salt water, my hair was an absolute dry mess. It’s also been coloured so and onto to that. I could not believe that these two pieces of soap, were going to do anything for me. Well holy cow, the amount I used from the shampoo was a small amount, but it did the job. It smelled great, easy to use, and the packaging absolutely fantastic…like literally small cardboard round/ box. I move onto the conditioner, it was absolute bliss, it went on so nicely, and I could feel how soft it was while running my hand through. I gave my hair a good rinse, and used a hair wrap. I did not put anything else in my hair after, my hair was so soft, smooth, no flyaways..I could not get over it! I am so excited to buy more for my family. I absolutely love the fact that there is no plastic. It’s the best feeling when you finally find an outstanding product like this! You should absolutely try the mini shampoo and conditioner! I usually come here to find out about vendors and it's usually bad....this one is GREAT! The shampoo and conditioner bars work to revive your hair growth and I like the Terrace Garden scent...floral. Worked so well for me I gave a bar to my son-on-law and he noticed new growth within a week. Now I've never requested a refund so I don't know about customer service. I just know they work and arrive in a timely manner.
I had bought from Viori for the first time after reading good reviews about their products. I’ve been searching for a product that isn’t too harsh in my hair and that would have added benefit with helping it be more healthy and that my scalp won’t perhaps be allergic to or that would have my dandruff returns. It’s important to know a few things: I wash my hair every other day, I have recurring dandruff, my hair falls out when washing but not alarming (about normal for mid length hair). The first few times using it, about two weeks so a total of four washes, my hair felt great. It smelt it looked great. However, after that fourth time I started to notice that my hair was falling out more and I had chalked it up to my hair getting used to the new product. However it didn’t get better and I started to notice dry patches on my scalp. Again chalked it up to new products. I’ve used it for another two times before I had to completely stop. My hair was falling out way more than I’ve ever seen in the shower and the dry patches developed into a full blown dandruff with an itchy scalp. I’ve completely stopped using the product and have started back on my old routine and trying to calm my scalp down again. I’m not sure what I’m the product trigger the reaction. Not saying the product isn’t good or that it’s all horrible. It might not just be for those with more sensitivities. I bought the product on the 25th of December and it was delivered around the 1st of January, I completely stopped using it on the 22nd of January.

My first experience with bar shampoo + conditioner, and it's definitely convinced me that it's possible to have a solid product in bar form. My only gripe is that the whole reason I care to use bar soap is to lower my carbon/plastic/waste footprint, and this product has to fly around the world to get to me.
