I would not recommend this merchant. I placed an order and the first problem is that I did not authorize a recurring subscription. The second problem is an order number was not provided in the 4 emails that were sent, and in order to cancel an order, you need an order number. I contacted my bank to get this thing managed and I have sent an email to the merchant, but it should not be this difficult to cancel. Also, the telephone number associated with the merchant is not operable. Zero stars?? Yep!

I ordered a 150 dollars worth of shampoo and conditioner bars on 12/15. They sent me one wrong bar and didn't send me two of the other bars I ordered. That's 50 bucks worth of Christmas gifts that I can't resolve in time because the website only allows for e-mail contact that is worse than snail mail,

I had ordered for the first time and the one I ordered was a floral scent and was a bit to strong for me. I contacted customer support and they helped me with a second order in a scent I should enjoy, free of charge. They also made an exception to let me keep the first one to gift as I'm home with a newborn and was stressing the return part, I live in a small town and it's a journey to the next post office. This is an amazing company. I have been a customer since they came online. I love the reasons for it - helping the Red Yao people. The products are beautifully designed and executed. The end results of using the shampoo, conditioner and body bar are clean, fragrant, soft hair and skin. Please keep up the good work.
I would love to like this product but my hair is so dull and fluffy and dry. I bought the Native Essence shampoo bar, conditioner bar and also the little bamboo basket. £40 in all! It's a lot but I had read so many positive reviews even though I'm mature enough to know that a lot of reviewers are given free products. Anyway, I've only used the product twice but my coloured hair just does not like it at all. So disappointed and it's a lot of money to waste.

I was gifted a bar of shampoo and conditioner and haven't looked back at a bottled product since. Even my daughter whose hair type is very different than mine love this product. It's easier to travel with than bottled product and less messy (no exploding caps!). I emailed the Viori support team with a question and they answered the same day! AMAZING responsiveness and care by Shelby. I recommend everyone stop using plastic bottled products and fall in love with Viori. The brand is high quality! My hair is shiny and no fly aways, all without the use of other product to enhance my hair. Don't quit upon first use. The bars become more "sudsy" after first use. You'll discover your hair might have a build up of residue from your current product which will wash out after 2 uses. Can't say enough great things about the product for your hair and our environment!

Was gifted this from a friend and had the lowest of expectations! Then I tried it and immediately noticed a difference when I started to dry my hair! It felt cleaner, softer and had more shine to it! (I have people make comments about the shine!) It took maybe 2-3 uses to get used to using the bar, but the lather is so good! It lasts a long time too. I have hair to the middle of my back and I shower twice a week and one shampoo bar lasted me almost 4 months and the conditioner bar lasted longer. Did not expect that! They have different bars depending on if your hair is oily, dry, etc., so that's something to remember when you first try it. I've emailed their customer support team about a few things and they've been great to work with. Very pleased with the products and just the company in general.
The products that Viori makes are game changers. My wife is a snob when it comes to hair care products, so she was skeptical at first about trying a bar version of shampoo and conditioner. But when she did, she loved what it did to her hair. It is shinier, fuller, and just looks healthier. She still try’s other types of shampoo and conditioners every so often, but always goes back to Viori. We are life long customers now!
I enjoyed the shampoo and conditioning bar and really like the way it worked on my dog ( pet shampoo bar) I won’t order their products again because of the fact they sent a subscription and actually sent it out before they sent me an email. I actually have moved and they wouldn’t stop the order and charged me $42 for 2 bars of pet soap and wouldn’t refund me and send it to my new address. On top of ripping me off for the cost they wanted to give me a 15% discount to order more from them. Be careful they are crooks and there are other brands out there . Their customer service turned me completely off from giving them for taking advantage of me . I’m insulted that they offered me a discount and I tried to stop the delivery within minutes of the email they sent and was told it was too late even though the email said it was NOT shipped just preparing to ship. I don’t mind paying for things I buy but they were disrespectful and completely wrong for scamming me and lying in the email . I was robbed since they took the money from me before sending the email. It was a setup scam for real . Not sure exact dates but it happened in October or November. I been too ill to make this review until now BTW I could not find a way to review it on their website . I wish everyone knew how lovely these shampoo bars are. I love how they make my 65 year old hair feel. I've been using them for a few years now and I'll continue to use them. I even love the way my hair feels while I'm washing it. They last such a long time so don't think just because they are bars you'll go through them quickly. They also have sales off and on and limited edition scents. They had an amazing holiday sale. Truly give yourself somme pampering with these scrumptious bars!
I have been a Viori customer for a few years now. When I first starting usingthe product, my hair felt more shiny and healthy. I received my order today. The pretty packaging is gone. The shampoo and conditioner bars are smaller (which means they won't last as long). I washed my hair this morning and I would swear they've changed the ingredients. My hair isn't as shiny as it was when I first began using the products. It lathers a LOT more than it used to. I am so disappointed that as they've become more popular, they are starting to cut corners with the quality of the product.

Product itself is excellent, I gifted it (shampoo and conditioner) to all my aunts that used products from top brands such as Aveda and they all switched to Viori! It smells great and leaves your hair shiny and feeling full. I am not 100% sure about the hair growth but I've been using it for 2 years and I will keep using it for the forseable future. I have curly undied hair. Customer service is also very nice, prompt and helpful. Only problem is it comes from America and I must say shipping is not 100% reliable
I placed an order and part of this was a gift I would be taking with me in a trip to visit my son. It was important to receive it before leaving, but somehow there was an issue and it was still waiting for pickup at Viori several days later. I clicked on their chat (which was quick, easy, and emailed me a chat log in case I needed to refer back to it. Many chat customer service is a mess or kicks you off repeatedly etc. Viori's was great) and explained my dilemma. Jordan understood exactly my issue, and went to review the account. They very quickly returned with apologies and explained they had reordered my items and sent priority for me. They also took care of things so I don't need to worry about the first package arriving later while I'm away, and needing to ship it back etc. If it somehow does ship to me they said to keep it gift the order as an apology for the late shipment. I don't expect to receive it, but thought it was a nice gesture to take the worry off me while I am away about needing to make sure no one stole it and that I could return it after I return home. All of my interactions with this company have been unbelievably seamless, easy, and wonderful. If their customer service is in any way a reflection of the product, I expect it will be fabulous!
