What people say
Thin black frame
The frame itself is nice, but the plastic used instead of glass is very thin and flimsy. I worry it may scratch easily. But the price was reasonable and the free shipping is appreciated.

Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback. We're glad you're happy with the frame's overall look and price, but we're sorry that the plexiglass didn't meet your expectations. We use plexiglass to help keep our frames lighter, making them safer for hanging but also resistant to shattering. Please contact our customer service team on our website for further assistance.

Excellent Frames and Packaging
This is the 2d time I ordered from Vossington and I am satisfied with the frames I ordered. They are light-weight, exactly as described online, and with plexiglass instead of glass that could shatter. The frames are designed well and packed very well for shipping.

All frames I have purchased are beautiful to behold. The green frame was questionable, but once I inserted my poetry piece, "Life With Nature, Hand in Hand", it popped. I can't take my eyes off of it!

Cheaply made frames!
I bought the 11x14" Decorative Frame, White and it is so cheaply made for the price. Can find way better at Home Goods for a fraction of the price! It was also so hard to put together, I almost broke my finger.

High Quality and Premium Look
The quality of the frame is what made us choose your brand - the backing, the securing clips, and the frame itself. We are very impressed.
