Another top-drawer ordering experience!

I didn't like the style of frame I'd ordered when I put it with the photos I'm framing. I promptly ordered a style that will work and contacted customer service about making a return. Sophie was responsive, professional, and got my return authorization to me pronto! I've ordered frames from Vossington in the past and been similarly satisfied with both the high quality of the product and the superior service. Free returns are a big plus, too! I will definitely continue to buy my frames from Vossington!

Cheaply made and impossible to return

I couldn’t even get my print into the frame, the metal pins that hold the artwork are difficult to use and damaged the print. This is not a glass frame but a cheap thin piece of plastic that cracked before I even got the artwork in the frame. I have tried to initiate a return multiple times and no response from customer service. Do not waste your money.

Can't return item

I've emailed multiple times in two weeks to receive a return slip. I was in touch with someone from their help team, snd now, radio silence. A huge disappointment.

I have emailed twice for a return…

I have emailed twice for a return shipping label with no response. I ordered three frames and they came in a huge box. I have a small apartment and want to get this huge box sent back. There is no phone number for customer service. I don’t understand wanting to make a return has been so difficult.
