Terrible finish item, I will be deducted money to return as item is not eligible for an exchange! Poor set up, poor craftsmanship.

Being charged to return items, such a shame!!!
Sadly I would not recommend buying from Anthropologie online as they are now charging a return cost when returning items. Very disappointing!!!

Great products but sizing inconsistent- had to return jeans as too small despite being same size on label as current jeans from Anthro!

Evri did not deliver my order
Evri did not deliver my order. They did not update the tracker. Despite chasing on a regular basis neither Evri or Anthropology did anything until it was 2 weeks overdue. Talking to robots resulted in repetitions. Finally I got item reshipped by next day delivery. This was a birthday gift an was received just in time eventually but was a very stressful process. No explanation or apology given.

Lovely plate
It was easy to order, on time, and my purchase was in the e sale which was great as it saved me £30. I had a gift voucher and it took me a few times to put the code in as it wasn’t loading but I suspect the system was busy due to sale time. All in in a good experiance

Never order again from this company
I am extremely disappointed with this retailer's return and refund process. I returned my order, but the refund is taking an unreasonably long time. It feels like the whole process is designed to discourage customers from returning items. If something doesn't fit, your money can end up being tied up for nearly a month. I've never experienced such a slow and frustrating refund process, and I certainly didn't expect customers to be treated this way. To make matters worse, there are no customer service operators available to speak with, making it almost impossible to get updates or resolve issues. Because of this experience, I have completely lost confidence in this company. I will never order from them again, and I would not recommend them to anyone who values good customer service and a fair return process.
