The order showed ‘in transit’ for 10 days. Contacted Anthropologie twice using the Chat Service. Less than useless. Eventually googled a phone number and a refund was offered. No attempt to find out where the items were or if I would like a replacement. I have a gift voucher to use with them. Once this is used I will never use this company again.

They will not own up to their own mistake of shipping the wrong item to you. Then when you return the item in store they claim they never received it and refuse to refund you. Love their apparel but with this kind of business model will not shop there again.

The quality was not up to standard...shabby finish on seams...loose stitching...stitching missing...to top it all i had to pay to return a faulty item...wont b shopping there again!! No offer of reimbursement for the postage either...v v poor customer service ...i was extremly disappointed 😞

I'm in alignment with most other reviewers-- great and varied products. Some of my favorite pieces come from Anthropologie. I have even experienced some decent customer service in the past. Their current model (I am writing this in 2026) is no customer service. They force you to use the chat function and the people responding to the chat are either illiterate or not real. I couldn't tell which. The reply in platitudes and don't answer specific questions. It took me 45 minutes to process a chat for a refund and I am still not sure it was handled. If you shop at Anthro make sure to use a card that will back you up (like AMEX). I miss the old Anthropologie, and this one is shamefully inept and unconcerned about customers.
There was an item missing from my order. I emailed however have not recieved a reply after several days. I would have expected contact and every effort made to resolve yhe situation

Interesting clothes as long as you don’t pay full price, which doesn’t justify the quality. However, truly shocking customer service. Unresponsive, unhelpful and just not interested in sorting out problems. Don’t bother.

Ordering from Anthropologie is easy and uncomplicated. Great delivery service. The packaging is durable. And I never had any issues with refunds. I often order UK based brands without a european website because ordering from the original shops is more expensive and sometimes frustrating (for someone living in germany).
