I paid an extra $5.99 for next day delivery which didn't happen. The order contained cheesecakes. The recipient threw the food away. Good luck trying to contact ANYONE at all!! This is NOT the same company it used to be. Do yourself a favor and order an Edible Arrangement. I will NOT use Shari's Berries ever again
item was supposed to be delivered to my mother who just had surgery and after 4 p.m., it says delayed and the company only has a chat which can't help me. there is no-one to talk too. i can't even contact the local shop where my mom is because i have no idea who it is.
AWFUL!!! My sister sent me a dozen berries for my birthday. Half of them were crushed and fermenting. She notified the company, and the next week a replacement arrived!!! These were crushed, the box was dripping wet, and the berries were MOLDY!!! Unacceptable for the amount paid! I requested a refund for my sister….silence! I have photos!
Don't ever make a mistake because you can't get it canceled! If you want unwanted melted chocolates, with zero customer service, this is the place Also WORST fruit ever anywhere.
Paid $120 for a bundle of Flowers and Strawberries. Picture looked very nice but when it got delivered I was super upset. Flowers were a handful and the strawberries looked like they were tossed around. Of course no way to get in touch with costumer service. I should have googled the reviews before hand. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS crappy place!! They dang sure ripped me off big time!!!

At 1:30 PM, nothing. I follow up, and suddenly the story changes: “It’ll be delivered by end of day.” End of day? My wife is gone by then. What good is a surprise delivery to an empty building? The entire point was to create a moment. Instead, Shari’s Berries gave me a missed opportunity, zero accountability, and a robotic shrug. This company clearly doesn’t understand that timing is part of the product. If you’re sending a gift for a birthday, anniversary, or any occasion that actually matters—look elsewhere. You’ll get better service from a local florist, a grocery store, or frankly, a carrier pigeon. Shari’s Berries is all branding and no backbone. Never again.

HORRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE. THEY CLAOMED UNABLE TO DELIVER/DELIVERY ATTEMPTED. MY WIFE IS HOME AND SO IS MY ADULT DAUGHTER. NO DELIVERY WAS ATTEMPTED. CONTACTED THIER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE SAID WE CAN REQUEST ANOTHER ATTEMPT BUT NO GUARANTEE. I PAID FOR SAME DAY DELIVERY...DIDNT HAPPEN AND THEY DONT SEEM TO CARE. THE WORST PART IS THE SAME THING HAPPENED FOR THE SAME OCCASSION LAST YEAR AND I WAS STUPID ENOUGH TO TRY AGAIN. MY FAULT . I WILL NEVER BUY FROM SHARIS BERRIES AGAIN.
I was due to receive 6 strawberries on 8/21 that I ordered in July. I was unable to track them, so when the day as almost over, I called customer service and received zero assistance. The next day, the strawberries were delivered melted and stunk. I went on their customer chat: "Hello, my order was not trackable, it arrived the next day so no special delivery for the birthday, and when I called customer service, I received zero assistance, just that it was on the way. It was in Jacksonville FL on 8/11 and then nothing until late last night 8/21, when it was supposed to be delivered and it said it would be delivered today. I ordered it in July so there was plenty of time for it to be made, shipped and received on time. Also, today they showed up looking melted." - "Hello! Thank you for contacting Shari’s Berries. My name is Jerly, and I will be happy to assist you. Please give me 1-2 minutes to review your chat with the virtual assistant." - Never heard back! They never responded. I advise DO NOT ORDER from this site! It is a scam, rotten fruit, & no customer service! Your just out of money. $50 for rotten strawberries..
I believe an improvement on packing should be considered . i a way to avoid damage - product melting - damage due to temperature . maybe should add some styrofoam or similar include dry ice to keep low temperature
The members of our household will gladly sign off upon receiving packages, however, the Shari's Berries deliverer insisted on taking pictures of recipient receiving package--no thanks. Keep the berries.
They are the absolute worst company to order from. Bought for my husband as a surprise, they never delivered. The order never said I’m sorry never gave me any money back. I never gave my husband the fruit. I would never buy from them again and I encourage everyone else to not buy from them.
Horrible old Strawberry's Old, Moldy, was supposed to look like Ladybugs - looked like a creature ! They are not cheap for getting something that went into the Garbage !!!!
LOL! If you’ve ever seen the “nailed it” versions on Pinterest you will understand. We sent some strawberries (lavender and light blue decorated beautifully) to our neighbor after their family pet died. What arrived was a disastrous pile of gray rubbish and sprinkles. It was awful. It was like some dropout spitefully sent a pile of dung. So embarrassing….
Horrible experience. Needed a double fruit plate for a business grand opening. Said in order that we needed a morning delivery due to us opening a noon. Order showed up at 4:40pm. Refused to accept the order. Awaiting refund now. I will never order any of the Fruit Bouquet, 1-800-flowers, or Harry and David brands. Horrible companies!
I had an order to be delivered on a friend's birthday. It didn't get there. I've been on their chat with SEVEN different representatives. They promised to send a double batch of cake pops. They finally send the original package MANY DAYS LATE (not the double amount). I'm still going around and around about the double order. Why promise what you can't deliver? It doesn't make sense. I gave them the extra star because the cake pops are amazing.
The huge amount of (toxic to the environment and unrecyclable) polystyrene used was ridiculous. It was startling and very irresponsible. Much less would have served the same purpose and still kept the entire order cool. Plus it was glued to the plastic wrap, so even if a community is able to recycle it, they couldn't be separated to do so.
Don’t order strawberries from them. You will regret it. The order arrived three days late even after I cancelled it. I went with a local gift market and was delighted with it. I wish I could share pictures. The ones from Shari’s Berries had mold on the berries and the chocolate was cracked and falling off. My daughter was able to salvage the note I had sent to my granddaughter but she threw the berries in the garbage. Thankfully, they refunded my money, but I urge everyone to shop locally.
The company can improve by actually caring. I even gave yall a second chance. My order was late the last two times I ordered and the strawberries were old and gross. The chocolate had busted on a few as well. Absolutely horrible customer service and this place has just gone downhill bad.
