I experienced an issue while performing a bank reconciliation, so I reached out to the Buildium Support Team for assistance. The support representative was very patient and accommodating throughout the call. Although my issue has not been resolved yet, they took the time to explain the available options, answered my questions, and provided helpful assistance. I appreciate their professionalism and willingness to help.
Couldn’t do it without Buildium
Buildium is extremely helpful. We have over 300 rental units and there’s always something new different and they are always very helpful in walking me through any steps. This would be very hard to do without Buildium. It’s a wonderful software for residential Leasing. I have never had a bad experience. Everyone has been beyond helpful, no matter how strange a situation or unique.

Buildium support has been very helpful. When issues come up they respond in a professional manner with helpful remedies. I can call them direct, leave a call back number, or submit an email ticket. They spend time walking you through processes that are new or troublesome. I appreciate their patience. We have been using Buildium for several years now and it is working for us.
