What people say

Poor communication

Poor communication. Company should have informed client that delivery would be multiple packages. This resulted in fear that items were missing. Company should allow for delivery modification or change to access point for pick up. I was disappointed that I had to urgently have a family member come wait at my house to receive package while I was at work. UPS did a poor job handling package as the box was received with significant damage. UPS customer service is frustrating for clients to use if needed. Overall, communication from cyber power felt unprofessional and casual. Automated responses were far more professional than actual responses.

This is a terrible company

I have already left a review stating that my processor is failing and cyber power PC will not send me a new one until I send the old one back, which does not work for me as I need my PC even though it is not working well, it is necessary for me to function. I cannot perform my work without a PC.

Positive second purchase experience

The computer shipped to me was well-assembled, shipped safely, and functions perfectly. This is the second gaming PC I have gotten from them. The team member I worked with, Steve, was helpful and responsive. A change was necessary in my order, as a component was out of stock. This did lead to an extended delay in my shipping, which was unfortunate. I did have a positive experience with CyberPowerPC and will use their service again.

Horrible customer support

"Received my $2,245 gaming PC with the tempered glass panel completely shattered and the metal case bent from shipping damage. Clearly mishandled by their carrier. Customer service response was completely unacceptable: — Told I would lose the Pragmata game promotion that was a confirmed item on my order confirmation, through no fault of my own — Told I could pay for expedited shipping to get my replacement sooner — on a unit I never should have received damaged in the first place — One line dismissive email responses with no solutions offered Shipping damage happens. How a company responds to it defines their customer service. CyberPowerPC's response has been to shift costs and responsibility onto the customer for a problem their carrier caused. Will update if this is resolved properly.

Far beyond the best actual deals...

Far beyond the best actual deals regardless of whether you want budget or high-end components. Had no issues with processing or customer service, and even when they were sold out of GPU sag brackets at the time of my purchase I was surprised to see one installed in my system! I never leave reviews for anything but CyberPowerPC left me extremely pleasantly surprised.

Update on my defective computer…

Update on my defective computer received from cyberpower. I had to pay for a shipping label to fully return this 4,300 dollar pile of crap. I ordered a new computer from clxgaming (100,000x better in every single way with everything being the same EXCEPT for the replacement PSU they gave me as a substitute for my original purchase). Got my computer from clxgaming in half the time I got my computer from cyberpower, and it actually worked right out of the box with out the fans sounding like a jet engine. They said it would take about 5 to 11 business days to be refunded, and I made sure everything was in the same exact box it came in. 6 more days until I get my refund. Cyberpower has until next Tuesday to issue my refund. Will keep you guys updated.
