This is my 2nd CyberPowerPC unit

This is my 2nd CyberPowerPC unit. I loved my old one, so I bought the next one from them too. Everything is great except the Bluetooth connection. For some reason, I couldn't connect any of my headphones to it. I had to buy a Bluetooth dongle for it to work. It's already a 2k purchase, I shouldn't have to spend more money just to connect my headphones to my pc.

The computer is great

The computer is great. Would have given 5 stars if the person responding to my emails of questions had been more personable. I asked what state my purchase was shipping from and the answer I got was a review of my order with an address in the signature. No hello Marie your purchase is shipping from California. Or thank you for your question we are located in California. It felt as though I was a bother or that the person was too busy to talk to me. But I do appreciate how quickly my purchase was built and sent. Thank you, Marie Close.

Great PC

computer arrived in great shape; it fired right up. windows didn't have a bunch of junk added on to it. i have built my own pcs in the past but with work and other projects i just decided to get i built for me. very happy and was om world of tanks the same night hitting 700 fps and averaging 400+ during normal play. great deal, will do business in the future when needed

Purchase went through okay and for a…

Purchase went through okay and for a fair price. Problems arose when it came time to deliver and their choice of transportation kept would arrive at a time no one was home. They wouldn't change when they would arrive and they gave an 8hr range of arrival, which is absurd unless you work from home. I tried everything with UPS and they refused to change everything, citing their terms with Cyber. So I reached out to Cyber which pretty much told me it's not their problem and I'll have to figure it out. They then ignored my further emails and i got lucky enough to be home when the last delivery took place. To note, the delivery driver rang the doorbell once, immediately wrote a ticket to show he was there and started to leave. It took me a few minutes to reach the door from where I was, but I caught him leaving - so the reason he was missed before was because the guy wasn't even trying to deliver the package. He also knew it was an expensive PC because of the box. I suspect he wanted it to be final delivery, he takes it back and it then gets "lost" so he could have a new PC. CYBER should be using neutral boxes for expensive items that apparently require signature. I would not buy again after the complete nightmare of an experience. Also - Cyber directs users to review sites after purchase, but bad reviews go to one site and good reviews go to Trustpilot. I changed my review after giving them a rating in the email they sent me so I'm here, but I tried both....very scummy and duplicitous to rig Trustpilot reviews like this.
