I wrote a review earlier about my experience with the pillow and the pillow slips. The pillow is fantastic as I said, but I was not so enchanted with the pillow slips. I found them made my head, hot and sweaty. It wasn’t cooling at all, and I didn’t like the feel of the material.
Dosaze reached out to me and told me that if I wasn’t happy, they would give me a refund, they just asked that I donate my pillow slips to a church or to a charity. I live in a very small community 2500 people there’s not a lot of options here. The company went ahead and gave me a refund. It happened so quickly, they stood by their word and that made me very happy. I like a company that stands by their word. Thanks Dosaze!
The mattress topper and pillow are…effective and comfortable
The mattress topper and pillow are great. They are lightweight, very well made and comfortable to sleep on. The customer service team was more then supportive. They go the extra mile to address any concerns. Nice people!
It is high-quality pillow, bust just was not the right size for my small frame. Customer service was very helpful, easy deal to with, and quick to respond, and returns were easy.
I purchased two of the same pillow for my daughter on a buy-one, get-one free . The pillow didn't work for her, so I wrote to them to return them, per their policy. They replied within minutes and proposed an exchange for a different pillow, but since they don't carry any any additional pillow styles that we wanted, I declined and they started the return. I received a second email that they would begin the refund process, and they then requested that I donate the pillows, as they want to be eco-responsible and not create additional environmental load on the supply chain. Not only did they not hesitate to refund my money, but they actually care about the planet! They were overall very kind and super-responsive, so I will happily pay it forward and donate the pillows where they are needed. I think they rock!

Unfortunately the product didn’t work out for us because in our case the individual had lost too much weight and found the pillow to be too hard and too slick to use, and had a hard time not slipping off the pillow. They gave us a full refund with no difficulty.
I purchased a mattress protector based on a third party recommendation. Unfortunately The product didn’t work for my needs and I had to return but the customer service is incredible! They worked with me quickly to get the issue fixed and got refunded quickly. Very satisfied with the incredible customer service.

The customer service team was wonderful and helped me to pick the pillow that would work best for me when the one I ordered wasnt a fit. After suffering a neck injury struggling to find a pillow has been such a chore, they made the task a much better experience. The exchange was seamless and shipping was quick. Now I have less (if any) neck pain when I wake up!

The contoured orthopedic pillow was the perfect combo of support, firmness and height! It shipped quickly, and I really appreciated how there was no smell/off-gassing! That's a big problem in other brands. The pillow also stayed cool all night. Really worth the price!
My first dosaze pillow was fab for a year! I replaced and then that pillow just wasn't enough. More of a me problem than Dosaze. The return process has been nothing short of amazing and I highly recommend Dosaze.
