Absolutely shocking lack of customer service, I have emailed multiple times about my account being hacked and they don’t even have the common decency to respond. Having spent hundreds of pounds over the last 2 decades with the company it comes as no surprise that this company is failing just look at their share price. It probably one person trying to resolve all the issues. Can they even keep the light on or are they using candles. I’m sure most of the gaming community would rejoice when they eventually go bust.

People pay too much and devote too much time to have to go through the rigmarole! All I wanted to do is deactivate an old EA account so I could use a new one since the email address for the old account was no longer in use! I am literally linked to the Playstation network and I am logged into the EA account on my PC, but I can't make changes! HOW DUMB IS THAT?!!!!!!!
Would have given 0 star if possible. Bought the EA Sports FC Ultimate Edition, promising 6,000 FC points, in the end only got 4,000 points. I checked with their support, and they just replied my account is not entitled for any more content. No explanation given for the 2,000 missing points. Tried to get them to explain, they just ignored me. Total scam company. I would encourage everyone to boycott EA Games from now on. I certainly am doing so.
I have requested a refund for fc26 on the 20th of December, the same day i have bought the game, waited until 1 week ago for the refund, sent them an email asking what should i do, no answer, and on my account it says case closed, but still no money refunded. You should be ashamed of yourselves!

Communication with your “Support” is like a non human conversation. I’m not directly answered on the context in my messages. I only recieve suspiciously standard writings that doesn’t supply any subtext. It’s just meaningless. Also what is up with your positive “I want to help” but when having a issue it’s always “I can’t” “we will investigate” or “we need time” and “please understand” and the worst “follow our forum” It’s like the conversation becomes the issue, where your “advisors” are not offering real support or help. You clearly take no responsibility. And on top of that you demand that I should follow the issue on your forums, and that I only will receive updates on the issue on your forums. That’s just the bottom of the whole experience. Is it designed to disolve the issue, or just buy u time, and give me the responsibility to do something about it; like following along on you forum. I got banned off my steam games because EA cannot properly protect its users data. I barely play the EA games I have and random I get banned for a violation, when I only play single player offline games to begin with! What a joke. I cannot wait for the collapse of this corporation.
Purchased Battlefield 6 and was double charged, requested a refund and 3 weeks later received a refund for the double charge which is what i requested, followed by being blocked and banned from playing the game i purchased and a warning on my account saying i commited fraud. have contacted ea support 3 times and been denied and still cant play. i spend $109 for a game i cant play. this should be illegal
As you guys can see how trash this company is. They’re losing money and gamers daily. Apex legends is as it’s all time low and other games as well. The workers here are beyond useless and not college educated. My account was hacked and then they banned me. I’m currently working with my bank on getting all my money back invested into the game. So far it’s looking great. Avoid ANYTHING EA TRASH RELATED.
