Worse video game company of all time. Nothing to do with skill in any of their games and is purely momentum based to give worse players an easier time. Not to mention they are the worst for micro transactions. Fraudulent games company that know nothing about the sports the base their games on
They give directions on linking family accounts for account management for kids, but the process is convoluted and overly complicated for no reason. You create a child's account with an email and password, and even after a password reset, the account still says the password is incorrect and does not allow you to log in. They then ban a child's account with no explanation as to what rule was broken to create a lifetime account ban, even though you have asked for details as to which rule was broken and when - when the EA account is rarely used and is only linked to one game that is rarely played. They create anonymous EA accounts for games and then do not allow you to disconnect the link of this account to your Xbox account, therefore requiring a new Xbox account to be created for a valid EA account to be linked. The company leaves a lot to be desired to say the very least.
The Sims team, which is obviously associated with EA, is such a JOKE!!! They literally now FORCE a FOMO battle-pass in The Sims 4, and there's NO way to opt-out of them! A few months ago, they made such a tone-deaf message to the "Sims Community", claiming that they deeply respect the players choices, and claim that their commitment remains the same, but HOW THE FLIP AM I SUPPOSE TO DO WHAT I WANT TO WITHOUT THOSE FOMO REWARD EVENTS GETTING IN THE FLIPPING WAY!? I'm just calling out that the Sims team is outright LYING to you! They don't care about your choices! They are actually trying to MANIPULATE you with FOMO events! The Sims 4 is NOT a life simulator or a sandbox anymore; it is now a CHORE SIMULATOR! Make a character (or characters), build a house (this is still doable at the very least), and then get some assigned CHORE chart telling you to do this and do that! Being able to do what you want in The Sims 4 isn't a thing anymore! It's gone! Your freedom in The Sims 4 has been taken away from you and you are now under manipulation! ZERO STARS!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I recently returned to Battlefield 6 after some time away and was prompted to relink my Steam account. During this process, I accidentally linked the wrong EA account. A simple, honest mistake. EA support informed me that once a platform account is unlinked, it cannot be unlinked again for six months—no exceptions. I explained the situation clearly and asked for a one-time fix. The agent acknowledged the problem but stated there was absolutely nothing they could do. Even deleting the mistakenly linked EA account would not resolve the issue. The end result? I am locked out of my purchased content and progression for six months due to a single misclick, with no recovery path, no escalation, and no meaningful support. This policy is excessively rigid and there is no consumer-friendly safeguard, no confirmation step that warns you of irreversible consequences, and no discretion given to support staff—even when ownership can clearly be verified. For a company the size of Electronic Arts, this is unacceptable. Account systems should protect customers, not punish them. As it stands, EA’s account-linking policy is hostile to returning players and undermines confidence in purchasing or investing time in their games.
What can I say, you have wall hacking auto aiming cheaters. People using arctic cheats (and others) and Cronus devices from both PC and console camps, you cannot turn off cross play on PC. This is backed by streamers calling it "Legit Cheating" 2 words that should not be in the same sentence. Plenty of videos backing this. The hit registration is also a joke, you empty a mag in someone then op, pop your dead. Again vids backing this up, EA don't care either they have your cash. Would not buy another BF game unless it was properly policed.
The worst company ever!! All of my Sims 4 expansion packs have disappeared that I have paid hundreds of $$$ for! I cannot contact them at all! I go to fill out their ridiculous contact form and it won't let me hit the submit button. Complete rip off!!!

The only decent game you've made in 15 plus years, is battlefield 6 and even with that there is still issues and reports of multiple players wrongfully being banned after spending $73.84 on your game. You clearly have no fucing clue on what you people are doing. 2k25, 2k26 both have ai issues where the opposing team is jus automatically always better than the ai on your own team. Which leads to frequently missed wife open shots, poor decision making for the ai on your players team. I am more than certain that steph curry is not missing 4 three point shots in a damn row. I really wish he would sue the hell out of you people for false information on what his stats look like in real life compared to a idea game that is supposed to be a take on real life basketball hence why you put real players with their stats in the game. You selfish,money grabbing, corrupt developers should be fired immediately because you people couldn't make a decent video game that has to do with a sport if your life depended on it. I am truly dissatisfied and disgusted with the content of NBA 2k25. No wonder it has 3 out of 5 stars on the playstation store ratings. That's okay. 2k26 is already getting poorly rated as well since its quite literally a copy and paste aside from the roster of course. I hope you get sued for false information, obstruction of purchased property from the seller themself, and continueing to develope video games that you know are not made with passion and care. You try to get an agent, your unable as all they use is an AI system that is unreliable and only around to try and avoid liability. It's a trash company that should have gone bankrupt 15 years ago.
No customer support and ALL my games no longer launch. What's the point? They worked on Origin they now no longer work? WIN11 fully updated, Graphics fully updated - No bloatware etc, fully optimised clean system!
Had bought the incorrect version of FC points through a third party company who would not refund me so I contacted EA to see if they would transfer the points over to my PlayStation account which they would not do so there are FC points sat there which cannot be used as I don't own the PC version. Don't see why they can't transfer them over and the attitude from the advisor was disgusting.
The "new" EA App is still a mess and it's not improving at all. You download a game and it just says you need an active licence to run it. What? I downloaded it from my EA App library! How is it possible for it to be in my library and not having a licence for it in the same time? Also, publishing nearly the same games year-by-year ("Fifa", F1, etc) for €50+, implementing brutal amount of in-game purchases in their games and publishing pure trash (like PvZ: Garden Warfare) is the proof they only care about money. They do not care about arts at all! They should change the company name to "Electronic Farts" at this point!
Terrible and unhelpful customer service. They are pretty useless and do not care to help you with any purchase that isn't brand new. Only care about money I guess and not their customers. Wish I could play my CD games without their useless app.
I wish I could give this 0 stars. Fifa used to be a decent game with some glitches and bugs but fc26 is full of bad gameplay, glitches, bugs...even on their companion app. I suffer from Misophonia which means constant every day sounds effect me. E.g texting on a phone can trigger my symptoms. FC26 has a constant click during gameplay...not all the time but every few games the game constantly has a click playing in the background of a game. It sounds im flicking through the options turning different sliders up and down. Ive asked and asked for help from EA and ive not had a single reply. Its like they just dont care. I cant refund the game as ea wont reply. EA customer service is an absolute disgrace. I wish there were trading standards to crack down on this scam of a company
