I just moved to town and went in to open an account at First Tech C.U. I was welcomed and treated very well. Chelsi took care of all of my needs and explained some of the services they provide. I was amazed! I had no idea I could purchase insurance there also; a on stop shopping that will be very handy. The level of customer service was remarkable; I am impressed. I will never have to deal with calling just to get a stranger who only answers the phone, I will get personal services designed to meet MY needs. Imagine that. I highly recommend this Credit Union in Oakridge, OR.

Had a weird call come in and it looked like the call was from the official First Tech phone number. They claimed to be fraud alert and they were calling me because I had suspicious charges for auto parts in the UK. I tried to stay as vague as possible as I talked to them to try to see if this call was from criminals or actually from the bank. Within 2 minutes I hung up the call and contacted fraud alert and talked to Matt. The call was criminal and it was good that I hung up on them and contacted First Tech immediately. First tech will always verify with a text or an email and criminals can make it look like they are calling from an official number. Thank you for your help today!!
Talking to Karen Serrato Guzman is a blessing, she has been so patient to walk me through all the steps. She even offered to standby on the phone in case I get to need help of which I did need help as I got stuck on a dead end again on the website. She was able to help through all the way.
