He patiently answered all our questions, and did his best to get the money refunded. We had basically list hope that it was possible since it was a debit and not a credit card, but he persevered trying to get the money back, and finally was able to get the fraudulent donation returned to us! I got a First Tech Card initially for foreign travel. No foreign currency conversion fee, and available PIN card. Turns out they have a lot to offer as a full service bank. And they have very helpful service reps.
