Ayush was wonderful and put my mind at ease. I had an airbnb canceling me and the stress and the worry was gone once I talked to the representative. They were kind considerate and helped me in a very fast manner.
It was surprising to hear there are discounts going through the hotel directly. I have had bad experience with Expedia in the past not booking the correct information. The next time i travel I will definitely call the hotel directly.

I was told there was a shuttle to and from the hotel. There was as no shuttle and it cost $90 one way to get to and from the airport.

Was not told I would be paying alot more for the room because I called instead of just coming in. Argued with the front desk for about 20 minutes in front of my kids & still had to give my card. Girl was being rude, called manager, & I was told I didn't have to stay. Terrible experience!
