Over promised and under delivered.
I ordered a take away meal last night after finishing work and have to say it was the worst meal from KFC I’ve ever had. I wish I had opened the box and checked the contents before leaving. The drive home is 7 minutes but nothing was even warm let alone hot. The fries were cold and soggy, none of the chicken was crispy, just luke warm at best and dry. The only thing soft and moist was the corn but this was because it tasted like it had been cooked for hours. It felt as if I was the last customer of the night and had got all of the bin ends. If I hadn’t been so tired and hungry after a long days work I would have driven straight back. Never again will I not insist on opening the box to check the food is of the standard promised, expected and paid for. I have attached a copy of my receipt as I do not have a copy of my actual receipt, which was requested from the terminal but not given, all in all a very poor experience.

KFC Newport Tenn. , possibly the WORST fried Chicken experience EVER ! Extremely greasy, and bland tasting , couldn't finish eating it,was that bad. 50 count Nugget bucket had 37 in it. They were edible,but not good. We try KFC once every year,in hopes of improvement. After today, we're done, no more.

Customer service sucks, I’ve waiting 10 minutes while workers are standing in the corner talking, I had to yell out for service and yet I was told by the app that my food is ready and I was told I had to wait another 5 minutes for it to cook

Food was green. Pulled crust to 1/8 green stuff. Wouldn't even try it. All sides appeared to be straight out of the refrigerator. Grew up loving kfc, now I'll never go back. This location is in greenfield indiana. Complained and was actually told to "stop complaining and making up stories to get free food." Poor Service
Service was very poor . The girl taking orders at the drive through couldn't even take a order . I had to tell her 3 times . When I got to window I paid . The guy said 6 minutes on tenders to pull in a spot he would bring it out. I waited and waited 30 minutes later I called into the store same dummy that took the order answered the phone. I told her I've been out here 30 minutes and I still haven't got my order that the guy said 6 minutes ,she said what was the order ? I had to tell her twice again she said let me check on it and she hung up on me. I waited 10 more minutes and then went in and asked for my money back the guy who took my money looked over and said oh and took off running to the back fixed the order and took it over to me sat it on the counter and said sorry after I had already asked for my money back so needless to say I waited 45 minutes for some tenders and some wedges and a breast and a wing dinner and by the time I got home it was ice cold so I'll never go back to KFC .Hello Popeyes Hello Bojangles and anywhere else that sells chicken but that KFC No. I'm pretty sure everybody in there was stoned and that's okay as long as you aren't fixing people's food . Undercooked double downs
Ordered my food was told 3min wait then to come back through drive through then had to wait 10min and go inside to pick it up, got home and the 2 double downs were both undercooked!! I've sent complaint through to head office 2 weeks ago and still chasing them up to no avail!! I'd upload pics but no option to do so!!!
