The issue I keep experiencing is extremely long wait times even when I’m the only one in line! No explanation given. I am currently sitting waiting on my order and there is no one here! I have been waiting for almost 20 minutes now and counting! After this I have made my decision to never come back!
Horrible Customer Service
About a month ago, I had ordered a Family Meal bucket of Chicken Extra Crispy. We were told they didn’t have the correct pieces-would we take an xtra breast instead. We agreed. Came home, short one piece of chicken and all the sides were single serving rather than family sized. Also, all chicken was original recipe. So, today, July 19th I decided to try again. My husband mentioned the prior error and was not met with a kind response. The location is in Salem, Missouri. I would not recommend ordering anything online as they will not be pleasant when dealing with any issues. Will never order again and will delete the app from my phone.

What should I even start with? The chicken is well cooked and crispy, the drinks are fresh, and don’t get me wrong with the sauces! They are very good especially the garlic sauce.

I had a really disappointing experience at the KFC Amherst drive thru. I waited much longer than expected, and no one seemed to care that the line wasn't moving. When I finally got to the window, the staff seemed rushed and didn't take the time to listen. The whole visit felt disorganized, and the customer service was easily the worst part.

I visited the Dalby store in qld and it was the dirtiest store I have ever visited. The tables out the front were dirty. The glass door into the store was dirty and had the rubber falling off it. The walls were black in places and the toilets were disgusting. The walls and floors were dirty as. A couple days of scrubbing per month would improve the look of this store substantially. Plus don’t get me started on the poor quality of service.

This is a formal complaint regarding the extremely poor service I received at KFC Fujairah City Centre. My order was delayed for an unacceptable amount of time, forcing me to cancel it. I was assured that my refund would be processed immediately. However, it has now been almost two weeks, and I have still not received my money. What is even more disappointing is that I have repeatedly contacted your customer service team and the branch supervisor, yet no one has taken ownership of this issue or provided any meaningful assistance. Being ignored after taking my payment is completely unacceptable. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in KFC. Keeping a customer’s money for weeks after cancelling an order, while failing to provide any clear explanation or solution, reflects a complete lack of professionalism and respect for your customers. If my refund is not processed immediately, I will have no option but to escalate this matter by filing a formal complaint with the relevant consumer protection authorities in the UAE and sharing my experience publicly through review platforms and social media. We have not been to this location in a long time mainly because of the extremely long wait for food. Now we ordered food only because it was close and what a huge mistake once again! I really wanted a pot pie and we were waiting in our car for at least 10 minutes before they came out and said that they didn't have pot pies and the wait time would be 18 minutes so I sacrificed for a chicken sandwich! By the time I get my food it's going to be that and more than 18 minutes! We have now been waiting for 25 minutes I'm pissed at this point. We will not be back as long as this restaurant is here! Terrible

Blanchardstown SC. Very disappointed with my experience. When we got back to the car, we realized that instead of the 10 chicken tenders we paid for, there were only 6 in the box. Maybe it's time to hire staff who can count properly, or at least employees who don't short-change customers ordering takeaway. Unfortunately, this is not the first time my order has been wrong. It's really frustrating to pay for food and then discover you're missing items after you've already left the restaurant. I expect much better service and more attention to customers' orders.

OK, so there were two workers there and I was going to pay and stuff I was ordering in and so this there’s two workers working there and this one guy went to go into the kitchen and he went to go tell his other girl and so he was making fun of me for no reason I don’t know why but they were making fun of me. They were laughing at me, they were pointing at me in the kitchen, thinking that they could hide it. I don’t recommend going there. It was very bad service and it just was really bad it. We ordered a $20 8 pice meal and requested mashed potatoes and 2 mac and cheese We also requested 1 breast which was extra. We received soggy "fried" chicken corn which should have been mashed potatoes old mac and cheese and no breast that we paid for. We ended up throwing it all away. Horrible experience

DISGUSTING meal for the price of £38.84 . 10 small chicken strips in the family bucket, paid extra for large salad and coleslaw. These tubs weren't large very small.
