Beware of this company, If anything goes wrong you will get little or no help. I bought a Hoover washing machine from LookAgain/Freemans. It took 5 weeks to arrive and when it did turn up it was filthy and with the packing hanging off. It broke down after 10 weeks but they refused to help because it had lasted longer than 30 days. They pointed me towards Hoover but they appear to be so busy with complaints that nothing has been done yet and I have had to wash by hand for a total of over three and a half months so far.
I am very pleased with my recent order from Look Again and the delivery came so much quicker than advised, I will certainly continue to shop with Look Again. Excellent service from start to finish ⭐
