Dawn the property manager at the Pendleton Or property is an absolute joy, she also has a male employee working the front desk has for several years is the epitome of customer service. I have many hotel/motels to choose from but I always go back to Motel 6 because of the customer service and how they make you feel like family Dawn is the main reason I keep going back.
I highly recommend this motel and I have stayed here many times
whenever I go to Nogales how are you stay at motel 6. I think the people that worked your go above and beyond what other people do with other motels. I don't even think about using a different motel I like to check in at the same time I like to get the same room when I can. It's very quiet, clean and have never had a problem. I highly recommend this motel. In the cooler months I generally go once a month and never had a single issue.

Perfect location for us
Perfect location for us; great price; clean, quiet room. We had a sticky door lock which needs to be addressed but we got the hang of it as the week went on and didn't have to move rooms

Room was clean, check in and out went well and it was quiet in the evenings and nighttime. Was attending a trade show and helped with less travel time needed in the morning.

The employees are always very polite and friendly. Room is always clean, and quiet. And they approve of my 3 dogs staying, and dont limit it to only 2.

Given extra towels when needed
Filthy room
Filthy room. Extremely loud noise all night. Front desk was of little help in that they ( several people talking & partying) never told us where to park, and therefore we had long ( very long) walk to our dirty room.

This Motel 6 is in a great location, back off the freeway, quite. The room are clean and neat. Good internet connections. It is next door to a good restaurant. The office staff is friendly and efficient. We stay here on our way from San Antonio, to San Diego.

A cheap stay and a comfortable time
I wanted a comfortable motel for a 1 stay night in a location that had familiar restaurants and some shopping. This motel is situated in a good spot and had friendly staff person. She had some recommendations for visiting area and was helpful.

Quiet and clean pool but the bathroom…
Quiet and clean pool but the bathroom toilet was not clean. There was dry pee all over the sides of the toilet and hair in the sink looked of someone shaved in the sink. Bathroom mirror very dirty and not cleaned. Floors were very dirty and sheets had stains all over them.

I like the price and convenience But…..
I like the price and convenience, but the maintenance on the property is poor and frankly unacceptable. I had no shower pressure in my room. I contacted the front desk so I could take a decent shower and asked if there was maintenance on site to come check it out and they said no and they weren’t willing to give me a new room.
