Excellent follow through.
My wife and I own timeshares at Westin Ka'anapali Ocean Resort Villas and Westin Nanea, side by side resorts on the west side of Maui. When we can't visit, we list our units with RedWeek, and are appreciative of the prompt attention to detail. Recently, we had a problem that was the fault of Marriott, and RedWeek worked with us to straighten it out so that our guest was able to confirm his reservation.

Excellent Transaction
Excellent Transaction. This was our first rental through RedWeek the other two have been purchases. All transactions have been very smooth. The booking process was easy and the level of service and followup was excellent. We booked a stay in Maui over the holidays and saved $3-4k over booking directly with a hotel.
