Customer support not responsive
Customer support not responsive. When i started the cancellation and refund process, they stopped their communication. I ordered product and cancelled same day. Lots of complaints about customer support and product functionality and quality issues. Dont trust Rotimatic. feels like scam Edit: After reply from company to this review, i did what was asked. 1 week after contact, refund processed. Kind suggestion - please make process transparent and improve customer support

I’m giving 5 rating as customer support…
I’m giving 5 rating as customer support is great but machine is still not ready for paratha and pizza base software option. Roti quality is not that great as human made roti but it’s somehow manageable! Machine still has software glitch which company needs to fix it. I never got even one time that all roties cooked properly without any issues, either it’s half cooked or not cooked at the corners or dough stuck on the bottom bar where it pushed the dough for cooking. Machine is not worth of what company is charging $1700-$1800.

While the machine has worked really well for the past few years, I am mighty impressed with the after sales support. I have had to contact them about 3 times in the last 3 years but the resolution has been on point and the team helped to solve all issues very quickly.

Service call to support issue with Rotimatic was good and agent Princess resolved it successfully. But I am really disappointed that issue with rotimatic was just arise within couple of days of newly purchased item. Reliability is questionable.

Support person available over weekend
There is no phone service, however the chat option work great.. Was able to get in touch with support person over weekend within 2 minutes. And they were able to resolve my issue over chat..

Service call with Rotimatic
My Rotimatic had broken down with a fault indication. I got an appt for a service call to be done over Google Meet. At the appointed time nobody attended the call so I went away. 10 mins later I got a phone call from rotimatic agent apologising for not keeping the appt and requesting to go ahead. We did it. The agent was very patient as I resolved connecting my Rotimatic to the Internet. Then she did remote diagnostics and recalibration to resolve the problem. Despite the initial service failure, the recovery was very good. Call me a satisfied customer.
