I placed an order on January 30. At the time of ordering, all the items appeared to be in stock. However, four days after I placed the order, they told me that the items were no longer available, canceled the entire order, and issued me a refund. I was unable to receive my products, and when I sent an email, they did not help me in any way. I truly thought this was a large and reliable company, but I was mistaken. It was a major disappointment. They offered no real assistance and simply brushed it off by saying the items were out of stock. However, when I placed the order, all the products clearly showed as available. The time I waited and the time wasted cannot be compensated. That’s all.
Worst service ever + extremely long shipping times
Ordered a set of matching gloves & shinguards + some ankle protectors & wraps. After 5 whole days of receiving the order confirmation mail, I receive an email that the items had been shipped except for the shinguards. Then I contacted support regarding this issue, then I met one of the customer service employees. Who was first of all extremely rude, trying to end the conversation multiple times while I was explaining, blamed it on me, did not want to offer any solution, and concluded the case because it was not important enough to him. Please note: the gloves and the shinguards were on sale, thus the reason I ordered them + I liked the color. I asked him if he could just resend the remaining item once it’s back in stock, but he refused. Now leaving me with an incomplete set, which I have to return on my own expense. TLDR: Very rude customer service, order not received, do not offer any solutions. They just do not care about their customers.

DO NOT BUY from Venum
Cheap, flimsy products and abysmal customer service. Both shorts I ordered started deteriorating after one light session. Fit is terrible and size guide helper is very misleading. Contacted customer support and never got a reply. Months and waiting, after many follow ups. Do yourself a favor and buy higher quality products from brands that care.
The worst returns process and policy…
The worst returns process and policy I’ve seen. You have to pay £10 for shipping from UK to France and there are no updates whatsoever 10 days later. Their customer service (Majdouline) is completely useless and keeps copy pasting standard language instead of actually trying to help. Completely shocked and I never want to shop here again.

I got the Venum Kontact in M/L, fits me perfectly, very confortable feels solid. Overall amazing product will buy again in the future when mines a bit too old highly recommend.

Poor quality, dismissive customer service
I purchased a pair of Venum Quick Wraps in October 2025. After relatively light, normal use, the product failed due to a seam failure — the stitching came apart and the seam opened, while the surrounding fabric remained intact. This was not gradual fabric wear, stretching, or abrasion; it was a clear construction failure. I provided photographs showing the separated stitching. Despite this, Venum repeatedly dismissed the issue as “normal wear and tear” and refused to offer any remedy. What is particularly disappointing is not just the product quality, but the handling of the complaint. Customer service relied heavily on internal “warranty” language and repeatedly asserted that statutory consumer rights did not apply because: • the item was low cost (£11), and • the damage was said to be consistent with expected durability. As a consumer, I made clear that I was relying on UK statutory rights, not a commercial warranty. The responses I received continued to conflate the two and repeatedly asserted that consumer rights were not applicable, that statutory replacement rights had expired, and that no further correspondence would be entertained. No technical explanation was provided as to how a seam failure visible in photographs could reasonably be classified as normal wear. At no point was the matter escalated to a senior or legal review, despite requests. The case was simply declared “closed”. I appreciate that this is a low-value item, but that should not excuse poor construction or dismissive customer service, nor should it justify refusing to engage properly with a clearly evidenced defect. The issue here is less about the £11 and more about the company’s unwillingness to assess the defect on its merits. Based on this experience: • The product did not meet reasonable expectations of durability. • Customer service responses felt scripted, inflexible, and dismissive. • Clear photographic evidence of a seam failure was ignored. I am leaving this review to provide an accurate account of my experience so other consumers can make an informed decision. I would not purchase this product again, and based on how this issue was handled, I would think carefully before purchasing from Venum in future.

Customer service rude and unhelpful
Customer service rude and unhelpful. I contacted them initially about rescheduling a delivery as UPS said I would need to contact the seller directly. They said they couldn't do anything about this which is fair enough. I then noticed a significant reduction in the price of the gloves I ordered only the day before (it said final reductions and only a few left of the ones I wanted yesterday, yet today they are loads cheaper and it doesn't say there's only a few left either!). I let someone know on live chat and asked if there is anything they could do, as returning from the UK would cost a lot and I already paid over £7 for delivery in the first place, and they didn't offer anything. Not to refund the difference, not to pay for the return. Not good customer service at all in my opinion.
Great quality and reliable brand
I ordered Venum gear for training (shorts and a rashguard) and I’m very satisfied with the purchase. The quality is excellent: strong materials, solid stitching, and everything holds its shape even after frequent washing. Very comfortable to train in, with full freedom of movement. The delivery was on time and the package arrived in perfect condition. Sizing was accurate according to the size chart, which I really appreciate.

Sub standard RGA venum academy gi
Recently bought 2 of the new Roger Gracie Academy gis from Venum. The quality control on these fell far short of acceptable with both items having rear RGA patches that were over 2 inches off centre and stitching coming loose on the first wear. I know that bad batches can occur but when I returned one of the gis (which has to go back to France) I was charged £43.00 postage. Under no circumstance would Venum reimburse me for this postage so I spent £149.99 for a gi that was supposed to have ripstop trousers (but doesn’t) and a patch that looks like it was sewn on by someone who had just been rear naked choked and I will get back just shy of £107.00 for the trouble. Great customer experience….progress all the way from now.

The team got back to me almost immediately and reassured me it was no problem at all. Truly so grateful for their attention and commitment!
Do NOT Order from Venum | Read Return Policy
I ordered a Christmas gift from Venum and had a terrible experience. They won't allow for a size exchange when the tags are on and the original packaging is included. I'm mad at myself for not digging into reviews deeper and not fully reading their return policy. The first paragraph states: "We accept returns or exchanges on uniforms, apparel, gear, and equipment* only under the following conditions: Items must be in their original packaging. Items must be clean and free from wear. Items must be unwashed." If I would have read just a little bit further, I would have seen that the following paragraph lists every category that they DON'T accept returns for. Which is literally everything. Total joke. Don't order unless you're 100% certain on sizing because you definitely won't be able to return or exchange it. I was really excited to get my brother in law something for Jiu-Jitsu, but this ended up being a complete waste of money, a useless Christmas gift, and a disappointing experience.
