What people say

Do NOT buy from Venum. Their name says it all.

I bought a $70 bag for my son for Christmas that is way too small for his gear. Because I purchased it just before Thanksgiving, when I tried to return it, they told me that since it was delivered November 24, and my return window closed December 24, they wouldn’t take it back. I worked in retail for six years, and nowhere have I seen such terrible customer service. The item was a Christmas gift! They should in good faith accept the bag back, give me the two measly days’ grace, and process the return. Instead, they just quoted their delivery date at me and made half-hearted apologies for causing me “disappointment.” Disappointment? That doesn’t really cover it. How about the extra EXPENSE of a product that is completely useless to us and the INCONVENIENCE of now having to replace the product with something suitable, and possibly even an additional Christmas gift of similar monetary value? You’ve lost yourselves a return customer, Venum. I will never buy from you again. Thanks for NOTHING.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM DIRECT!

Atrocious customer experience and delivery. If you have any problems with delivery or product (which you likely will in the UK, read their reviews on google reviews), the company will refuse to take accountability for their suppliers, and refuse to offer a refund, even when you’ve never got your products! Please please do not buy from them.

Why VENUM Sucks

I ordered a Gi that was the wrong size and almost sent to the wrong location. Then I gave them another chance and bought two large Muay Thai shorts. One of them was an extra small and was once again being sent to the wrong address AFTER I verified what I ordered and where I wanted it sent to. Why am I paying for overpriced gear for it to be mishandled? Absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous! I will never buy from this company again until they can get their act together!

The sizes running small

The sizes running small so with this company customers needs to size up for a proper fit. Now, that I made the research I see the problem that I wasn't aware while ordering. The company knows the sizes are misleading, but there is no any information on their online shop to guide you to size up with your choice or even other customers reviews, so you can't get any clues, you must guess if the sizes running small, normal or too big. I contacted customer service that I'm not happy to pay the cost of returning leggings size M which looks more like size XS for european standards. I got reply from Hibaz: "We understand that the size you chose unfortunately did not fit you. However, please be advised that as per our policy, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This condition is clearly stated on our website. We do not assume responsibility for incorrect size selection." So as you can see they still don't understand the problem on their side. For them It's better to just push all blame on customers and convert the information you gave to suit them. I didn't select incorrect size, it's your company mistake to sell clothes running small for standard european measurements and don't allow any other customers reviews or information about it on your website to better guide another customers.

I orderded several items but didn't…

I orderded several items but didn't receive all of them. They asked me to send them a picture, sworn statement which I did, plus I copy of my ID which I refused because of ID safety and because it's illegal to ask me to send this through email for an item they didn't send. They keep asking for the ID copy and for me to make new picture all for an item 15 euro's I didn't receive. 0 custumers service they just make it diffucult for you so you give up.

Scam on black friday?

I ordered 4 item, choose them because they had gloves at a really good price on Black Friday. When the reductions were closed I got a mail that they don't have the gloves i stock (still I could order them). I will be refunded, they didn't agree to selling other gloves instead at a better price. Is rjis a scam company, did anyone else experience this? Pricedropping one item and then not shipping it, but getting other stuff sold.

Overpriced

Overpriced, poor quality, misshaped and uncomfortable gloves. Definitely not worth the price. Returning them is a bit of a nightmare, they don’t have a form like most websites, you have to call their customer service, send photos and basically explain yourself. No instructions provided, and you have to pay for shipping product back. The whole experience felt like buying from a shady unknown website, though who knows, Temu may have better quality and customer service. I will definitely avoid in the future…

Phishy Behaviour

I've been a customer for a while. Generally happy with the products. Was planning on getting some new equipment and clothing and before confirming my order, they kept asking for a TAX ID. I used the chat function to speak to an agent and they informed me that this is a new policy for shipments to Canada that CBSA is enforcing. For individuals, this would be the SIN Number. The agent I was chatting with denied providing any proof that this is an actual requirement and I couldn't find any document that would even remotely hint at the CBSA enforcing these guidelines (Providing SIN Number to a merchant for a basic personal purchase of some apparel). This is an extremely alarming ask and I think purchasing from this retailer should be avoided at all costs until this concern is thoroughly addressed. Risking your identity for some pieces of clothing is never a reasonable price to pay

Incomplete order

I ordered and paid for two items but only received one, I contacted the company sending a photo of the delivery slip and the one item which had been delivered asking when the other would arrive. That was two weeks ago, I have emailed twice since then but have still not had my complaint acknowledged. I admit that my third email was rather rude and blunt, but I do not trust this company. Initially a standard invoice email was received listing both items as being dispatched but this was not the case. I cannot recommend this company, they obviously are not interested in customer care - having taken my money they will not provide the goods. Beware
