Hello Tom, We are sorry to hear about your experience and understand the frustration you are feeling. We have looked in our system and see that you are an Alert360 customer not a Frontpoint customer. To provide some clarification, Alert360 is a separate alarm company that in the past partnered with Frontpoint to provide some of the front end servicing for its accounts. Alert360 did decide to discontinue this relationship and take over providing the full servicing for its accounts almost a year ago. As such, Frontpoint would have no participation in your account's cancellation experience. We recommend reaching out to Alert360 at 888-642-4567 to resolve any issues with your account.
