Nice quality

They did a great job with image quality. Great product. The only downside is the price is a bit hefty for something so small. Maybe include a base with a light in each order to bump up the customer value? All in all a great quality product

The quality of the image was very good

The quality of the image was very good, it's just that it wasn't bright enough to see unless you're close to it.

I have never been treated so well

I have never been treated so well, the young lady who has helped me all thruout my purchasing endevors . I have made many different purchases for family members. The greatest was to my daughter, this was so special, and with the unrelenting help from Bruna even brought tears to my eyes as my daughter opened her package. It was of my mother and 2 of her great grand kids. My mother now deceased would have been so proud. talk about lasting memories. Thank you Bruna for making this gift so special. With all of your personal attention you have given me now reflects thru my family for a lifetime. You will never know. Thank You and 3D Laser for all you have done . I've lost count on how many crystals you have done for me but I have a few more I'd like done. Thank You again for a JOB WELL DONE .

I was very pleased with the end result

I was very pleased with the end result. My piece was shipped timely and arrived on time. The only thing I would suggest is that a proof be sent of the image both front and back. I had to ask to see my proof and I never got to view the backside.

I couldn’t be happier with my purchases…

I couldn’t be happier with my purchases through 3D Laser Gifts. Two of the crystals were of pets, one for a family member and one for a dear friend. Both of them had lost their beloved animals. The third one was for my daughter and her husband who married after being together for 23 years. The crystals were beautiful and are treasured by the recipients. I can’t think of a better gift for all occasions. I would be remiss if I didn’t acknowledge the companies staff. They truly care that you’re happy and satisfied with your purchase and respond quickly to questions or concerns.
