Unfortunately, we have no control over the approval process and 10DLC regulations from the carriers. Trying to find an 800 provider on my own was overwhelming. Their easy to understand staff were prompt and full of knowledge. I was dreaming big and bought a package that was bigger than I needed, fortunately their qualified staff was able to get me where I needed to be and refund the difference. These guys are great!

Excellent customer service! The use of the software is very simple and easy to use. However I was having some issues with automated messaging. The customer service rep went above and beyond to make sure my issue was resolved. Very impressed, loved how easy this software is to use.
