Barkbox has the best customer service. My dog looks forward to her package every month. Whether it is in a bag or a box, she knows it's her package. the company seems small because they answer you quickly and seems personal.

Your boy Ranger was not happy with his last bark box, the toys were too small for him and had no interest in them. This box was definitely not worth the price, usually he’s all excited when he gets his box but not this time

We just love Bark Box!
We just love Bark Box. The toys, the treats, and the fun. It’s obvious the company listens to their customers. Our pup is smaller in size so I requested more fluff less ruff. They adjusted our monthly order without a problem. Thank you Bark Box for being good listeners!

Wonderful items for my tough chewer, they've been long lasting and he truly enjoys them. Prior to this it was hard to find toys that would last, this has been a great experience and very much worth the price. Customer service is also excellent!

The BarkBox Needs To Be A Box
The barkbox should be just that - A box. I have received my barkbox "bag" now, with the packaging torn, treats and toys missing, and if I was out of town when package was delivered, the entire package gone, probably taken by a coyote, raccoon, or opussum. I do not like the new packaging at all.

So many different things. First the customer service is top tier! The cute little messages and emails are super fun. The toys themselves are super creative and my dogs LOVE playing with them! The super chewer boxes are the only toys that my dogs won’t destroy in 30 seconds….the quality is unmatched! They have such a wide variety of toys too and you can’t forget the treats that my dogs go crazy for.
