I was on traditional antidepressants for many years, but still experienced bouts of depression. Since starting Ketamine therapy with Better U three years ago, I have not had a serious bout of depression. I recommend Ketamine therapy to anyone who has tried traditional antidepressants and found them lacking.

I love their sleep mask! I especially love how the pressure goes around the eyes, rather than typical sleep masks put the pressure directly on the eyes. I experienced it on an entrepreneur retreat and my fiance and I love it!

The medication did not work out for me. I took 1 troche, and only had 1 session thus far, but not sure I will continue.
The day after the trip had no afterglow and I remained a bit woozy and borderline nauseous. I took the anti-nausea medication beforehand, but still felt quite nauseated for 3-5 hours afterwards. It also did not feel conducive to introspection the day after. I just felt more sad and a bit more groggy. I did all the intention setting, meditation, journaling, etc. beforehand. I spent the entire morning doing that, before starting the session in the afternoon. By the way, I've heard from others that the IV might give more of an afterglow or make you feel better for a few days afterwards. It might be different for everyone, but I've seen this repeated a few times online.
Overall, I don't think I got any benefits afterwards, and just experienced some negatives.
There were also a couple of logistical issues. It took the pharmacy 2 weeks to send out the Brain Box after I received the troches. I had to reach out to Better U a couple times first, and then still had to follow up with Art Of Medicine myself a few days after that to get them to finally ship it out that day.
I recommend calling them if you need support. they do answer quickly. The text messages can take a long time to get back to, over a day frequently, and sometimes the context is missed, because there's multiple people taking turns responding.
I do appreciate all the materials available, and the unlimited group sessions. At the moment, I just don't know if I want to try the second session, and feel like I might have wasted $500.
I recommend trying to find something where you can pay for just 1 session to see if you like it. I also wonder if IV might be more effective for someone people.
I'll try a group session and try to get some advice there, and if I end up trying it again, and it works better the second time, I'll update this review.

I can't speak more highly of a company than Better U. The therapy, group and individual sessions have been a very positive experience. Ketamine has provided me with some mental spaciousness to find new insights into the reasons that I was living with depression and anxiety. With this new insight, I was able to rid myself from a couple of addictions that were not serving me. With this new spaciousness, I was able to find a more meaningful spiritual path. 10 stars if I could! Life-changing care for veterans
I cannot speak highly enough of Better U. In the past, dealing with clinicians made me feel like I had to defend myself just to ask for help. Better U is the exact opposite. Their care and continued care feel entirely "no strings attached." I am on my second set of 9 sessions and everything has been crazy smooth. Their system is perfect—from the helpful automated text updates to being able to immediately talk to a real person when needed.I want to specifically call out Cathy and Tobi. The whole care team is great, but Cathy made me feel instantly at home, heard, and completely comfortable. I just got off a call with her where she let the conversation go 20 minutes over just to ensure all my questions were answered. She genuinely cares, never makes me feel awkward for being myself, and knows their services inside and out. I will be requesting Cathy as much as possible on this journey.Their appreciation, support, and discount for military veterans are amazing. I am really looking forward to participating in their Veterans program to connect with others who have that shared, lived experience. I started doing Ketamine therapy at a doctor's office not related with Better U. I would have to get a ride there and then my ride would have to wait for two hours and it was a pain.
At Better U they send you your meds and everything you need where you can do this in the comfort of your own home.
Better U has a fantastic staff that is always available to answer any questions and a detailed online workbook to get you to a better place.
I am already seeing major positive changes in my daily life and I wish I had acted sooner.

I had a bad experience with the nasal spray and Michael immediately took care of me , sending me replacement troches at my dose the spray was innefective,so I'm getting a free replacement,just had to pay a small fee plus my next order he offered me a huge discount!♥️This is absolutely the best place to legal ketamine! Prices are better than others customer service is excellent! Highly recommend Better U! This stuff helps with pain , PTSD, depression and more ,it literally resets my brain 🧠, unfortunately my favorite is LSD but it's not currently legal,once it is I hope Better U carries it,I function extremely well on LSD and no tolerance or side effects, someday...
