This program has changed my life! I was diagnosed with severe PTSD from a near-death accident that happened in a foreign country. I was nervous and excited, as an entire year of EMRD only scratched the surface of the trauma I had been carrying for decades. Support and Integration, as well as the self-guided programs in the App, all make the experience feel intentional and well-designed. I have been able to heal old hurts and hang-ups. I have processed the trauma to a point where I am rarely triggered. When I am triggered, I am aware and use the tools I learned in the programs to deal with it in the moment without having a full-blown panic attack. I started with 1x weekly sessions, using all the resources in the App, and had an amazing breakthrough on the 10th treatment. I have continued with a maintenance schedule of one or two treatments per month.

I have been living with PTSD, panic disorder, anxiety, and depression for years. Over time, my panic attacks became more frequent and completely unpredictable. Nothing was triggering them—they would just happen. I tried multiple antidepressants and benzodiazepines, but nothing provided real relief. Eventually, I developed constant anxiety about when the next panic attack would hit, which made everything worse. After doing extensive research, I decided to try at-home ketamine therapy. So, as you know I've been doing Ketamine therapy through Better U I've been doing these treatments for over a year. I was having problems with their compound pharmacies . One batch of Troches was good. The next refill was off a bit so they told me that they've changed to another compound pharmacy. I got a refill through THIS pharmacy and still things were just not right. So, they hooked me up with a local compound pharmacy and things have been going well. Monies were exchanged, prescriptions were filled AT A SET PRICE and ofcourse "I" agreed to THAT PRICE or else I wouldn't get the medication. Now, that I've paid them for ANOTHER (3rd refill) refill at THE SET PRICE that I paid before, they are NOW telling me that I have to pay an ADDITIONAL AMOUNT to get my prescription. Mind you, the money I paid them IS for the medication but NOW they tell me I have to pay MORE MONEY / 2 TIMES the cost of what was originally agreed upon...do you smell something ? Ya , I smell something shitty too. They have said that they have been paying for my prescriptions ....and I'm like, ya, that's the money that I paid you, to pay for my prescription. Mind you, this has been going on since DAY ONE. I pay you money and you fill my prescription. So, it is to MY understanding that Better U has NOT BEEN MAKING ANY MONEY OFF OF ME and they've been paying for MY prescriptions from DAY ONE until NOW ? Is that the bullshit you are trying to feed me ? Well, to say the least, I'm not a happy camper because I had to come out of my pocket and pay an additional sum of money in order to get my prescription....you think I'm gonna let this go....pfffft, ya right.

This experience is profound. No longer am I struggling to stifle my inner thoughts until my next Dr appointment, but with these treatments I’m feeling instant relief. Not only do I feel stronger, but I feel like I’m steering the ship again. Understand that this is a process, it’s not a ‘one and done’ solution…those do not exist, and for a good reason. I highly recommend this treatment for anyone who struggles. Life is hard, but it doesn’t have to be anymore. For reference, I have PTSD, depression and severe anxiety. I am 49 and have been seeing my Psychiatrist for 10 years. We have tried countless medications, but I end up feeling all the side effects from these drugs, instead. My Psychiatrist completely supports this treatment.

The Longevity program with Better U is excellent. The NAD+ product and program noticeably helped me with the many benefits the product provides, but the most immediate difference I noticed was improved steady energy and recovery. I also love the formulated pain cream. It has removed my need to take Advil when I get minor back inflammation and flare-ups.

I've been with Better U for about 2 months now and am so happy with where I am at. The relief was immediate and continues to grow, as does the learning. I am more able to engage in other supportive practices (meditation, journaling, rarely drink and if I do it is only about a 1/2 glass of wine, etc). I highly recommend being active in the integration process, both with the Better U coaches, but I also have continued seeing my therapist (though less than I used to). I've made positive changes around my overwhelmingly stressful work situation and have started on a new life path. The entire team has been so supportive.

Entered Better U ketamine therapy program after local practitioners were too cost prohibitive. I've lived with cPTSD for over fifty years, experiencing moderate to severe anxiety and panic attacks on a daily basis. After one dose, my anxiety and panic attacks were completely gone. Within nine sessions, my depression lifted and I was no longer being constantly triggered. Intrusive thoughts and rumination were minimal. I feel like my old self again for the first time in decades. This morning, Wednesday, March 18, 2026, there is an article on the front page of the Wall Street Journal regarding Tricia Anne Dewey who used Better U's services and ended up dead. This is an unfortunate event, but not surprising. The standard in the psychiatric community is for a nurse to observe a patient after the patient taking Ketamine.
