We were worried about ordering a rug online due to color discrepancies and quality concerns but we were very pleased with the rug we received. Don’t know how it will stand up over time so will update in a year or so but the rug is beautiful and appears to be of good quality. Price was much better than what we were originally looking at elsewhere.
I experienced a few issues with my order. The Color of rug delivered didn’t match the color shown on website and the size was not accurate. However, when I voiced my concern Boutique Rugs reached out to me and promptly helped me with my concern. The sales people are friendly and easy to work with. A class act company.
I bought a final sale rug that was of questionable quality. Being that I could not return, I was able to get in contact with customer service who was extremely present and responsive. They were able to help me with the situation immediately and even offered to help pick a better suited rug for my room.
