I didn’t even know this service exists! CitizenShipper helped me find transportation for my Shipooh as I was relocating. You simply put all the details of your trip and watch the quotes come in. It was a simple process, I placed my request, received quotes, was able to look through them and then I decided on the company (shoutout Paws & Pathways Transport).
I loved that I had access to several companies in one place. You pay a fee to CitizenShipper but for me it was worth it because they did a lot of work for me. You can see the companies credentials, reviews, and their personal policies and procedures. All the information you need is right there, in one place!
My pet was staying with family while I was already getting settled in our new home… and I was able to use CitizenShipper to help make that process smoother when I was ready. There are options ! The service from Paws & Pathways was super smooth and easeful. My dog looked so calm when I received the photos throughout the trip. Bryan was amazing! He updated me all along the way and was always friendly and upbeat. He brought 11 Labrador retriever puppies all the way from Alabama to Washington state. Be very careful with this company. I went in to check on delivery and prices on their site. Tehy sent at least 12 diffent people giving me quotes and all but 3 were over double, what i shipped for, and the 3 were almost triple! Do you checking before signing with these guys

I got to view their trip live on the Wave app. I kept in contact with them during the course of travel & checking up on how my tiny boy was doing. They always responded in a reasonable time. I received my lil boy happy & healthy.

I somehow randomly discovered this site when trying to figure out how to get my 80Lb GSD to Seattle from DC, as his size crate requires a wide-body plane and there were none to be found flying into SeaTac that would work. Within minutes of submitting a request, I had 27 responses ranging in price, many of which looked quite good. I narrowed it down to a handful and did a deeper dive. I ended up closing in on 2, and I think either one would have been a really good choice. The woman I went with ultimately, Hayley Egling, was outstanding! Like many, I was skeptical at first and, in the end, a very happy customer. I've already recommended the site to others.

Such a fan!! We were moving from SC to PA and I had no idea how I was going to get a baby and 3 dogs there along with multiple vehicles and our stuff. I started looking to see if pet transport was a thing and came across citizen shipper- it’s life changing! I had no clue what I was doing but the site is super easy to use. Citizenshipper was a fantastic service for us to transport our puppy from MI to WA. Once we input our info we received a number of responses with bids, reviews and bios of the transportation. I highly recommend this service for dog transportation. It looks like they also transport other items, this is great forum to get the best service and pricing that meets your needs.
