I knew no one when I had to book a oet transport service. Went on citizenshipper, ask for quotes and got to pick a service that suited me. It was worth every penny! The service was excellent as ND I felt less alone! I loved this option!

I was super nervous about using this platform because of so many scammers here. Fortunately, I was lucky to get a real person who was very professional and kind. I am glad I got connected to him. The biggest flow is CitizenShipper charges $99 to use their platform. My shipping fee was $200 and platform was $99. That's a crazy amount of fee they charge. I'd rather pay more to the driver who actually does the work.

David and his wife are AMAZING people. I was a nervous wreck. David assured me I he would take good care of my puppy and they did. Then sent me photos at every stop and even sent me a video of him. Stacey and Mora - Little Paws Empire with Citizen Shipper provided the very best service I could ever expect. They were professional, trustworthy, expert handling with overwhelming kindness. They provided contact through Life 360 all the way and, that was so comforting to see travel in real time. They cared for Mike the cat as if he was their own. In doing so, they took care of me too... I had a very positive experience transporting my pet with A Worthey Ride via Citizen Shipper. They were very responsive to my texts and were very helpful and answered all my questions. Their rate was the best I found on the site also. They transported my pet from Florida to Los Angeles in 2 1/2 days sending me reports and pictures every day. Even the person they picked the dog up from in Florida said the driver was very nice and professional. I definitely would use them again and would recommend them to anyone else.

THEY DO NOT DISCLOSE THEIR FEE until you go to pay and it is presented like a deposit. It is not. It is a fee on top of whatever price you agree to pay. For a $680 delivery the fee was $190. Within seconds I realized this and asked for a refund and they refused. They also cancelled my booking when I explicitly said not to so that the shipper could not cancel on their end in which case I could have gotten my money back. But because they cancelled it before they could, now I I am out $180. All I was trying to do we get my dog home after putting my other dog to sleep after 16 years. These people are scammers and horrible customer service. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEM. This has nothing to do with any of the independent service providers on the site, only the actual site it’s self.

We had a tiny 3lb kitten that we needed to have transported from Washington State to Arizona. We looked at many options to bring him home, including making the pickup ourselves.
