Contacts Not-express. Timelines are misleading. Paying extra for 2-4 business days express shipping makes people believe they will have their order quickly. Not that there is a 4 day processing time and then another 4 days to ship. So 2-4 days express is actually a minimum of 8 days and anywhere up to 10 business days.

It is a shock in these times to come across a company with excellent caring customer service both by email and phone. I found them to be super, fast to respond to my email, and very efficient, customer service agent Adam went above and beyond to be of service, unasked, Adam found the make of contact lens I have been using that I was unaware of, just by me sending a photo of the little aluminum container. All the reps I dealt with, Laura by phone, Tommy, Bob, and Adam by email, were both helpful and courteous. I only wish all companies were as efficiently staffed and trained. Incredible fast shipping and great prices! I just got my original Emporio Armani frames with my new prescription in the mail. I placed my order on a Thursday night, by Fri morning I had received the shipping confirmation email saying they were coming from Vancouver and on Monday they had arrived here in NEWFOUNDLAND!
