Because I am a newcomer to affiliate marketing, the Dsers dropshipping program and not tech savvy, I made a few mistakes in the ordering process and almost lost a customer. However, the customer service rep was very patient and understanding. She took her time listening to understand, explained key points and shared where and how to get my answers. This people do fake advertisement. They make you think that with a free account you can have 3 stores. And it's a lie, you can only have 3 stores of the same website. They also make their employees lie to you about giving them a review of their support service, they actually fool you sending you to trustpilot.
