I got a great offer, which I couldn't resist. Took my pick on a great time piece and the constant feedback from the time I placed the order till today was keeping me at peace. When the package arrived I was so excited like a kid filled with joy and anxiety. The emails I got during the waiting period built the excitement and I was thrilled to unbox my FILIPPO LORETI. Real quality plus I love the mistry gift. I am a proud owner and I am looking forward to own some more....

Beware of Customs Duty Tax in the UK! I've been following this brand's growth for the past two years, and I finally placed an order for a watch. The order arrived swiftly, and the design and finish look quite impressive. However, to my surprise, I received a FedEx invoice two weeks later, demanding a Duty Tax payment of £65. I was shocked because there was no mention of this fee during the purchase, and while the support team's response was polite and apologetic, it seemed like a canned response rather than a personal one

Thank you for sharing your experience and for your support over the past two years. We're glad to hear that you're impressed with the design and finish of your watch. However, we sincerely apologize for the unexpected customs duty tax and any inconvenience it may have caused. We strive to provide clear and transparent information to our customers, and we regret that this was not effectively communicated in your case. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we'll work to improve our communication regarding potential additional fees for international orders.
