Christmas Advent Calendar
My husband really enjoyed the advent calendar tasting experience. Rhe whiskeys were unique and some we may not tried on our own. The customer service was outstanding. When I emailed them to let them know that some of the vials had been broken during shipping, they were quick to remedy the situation. We will definitely do this again next year.

We had a question about our advent calendar and sent an email to them. Their response was immediate, and continued until it was resolved--and this was on Christmas day! Their customer service is excellent and they went above and beyond in their resolution!

Amazing Advent Calendar 2025!
Amazing Advent Calendar 2025! The packaging was very robust, and everything was intact. I enjoyed the 150% commitment to the aviation theme, including a whiskey guide disguised as a passport and boarding pass. The whisky selection was a little bit USA- and Bourbon- heavy for my personal taste, but it was still satisfyingly varied. There were a few that I was really impressed by, and there were several I would never buy a bottle of, but am glad to have experienced ... which is kind of the point of these calendars! The Christmas Eve closer felt like a deliberate reward for sticking with the ride all the way to the end. And it came with two "Flaviair" custom-etched Glencairn glasses, a delightfully "extra" extra touch. Definitely going to go for this again next year.

Love the advent calendar! Great whiskey’s and they’ve put a lot of thought in it. For next year, some fewer innovative whiskey’s and a bit more traditional ones would be great;-)
5 star customer service
I am extremely happy with the excellent and timely service I received from Flavair. There was a issue in the shipping of the package and 3 of the advent calendar bottles were broken. I left a message about the damaged bottles, and within minute I had a response. I have never seen such an immediate reaction to email. Corky started, which later I found out that he is their AI respondent. Rochelle took over and after sending pictures of the damage, she let me know that she would be sending me out another advent calendar, All of this from start to finish was about 20-30 minute. I feel Rochelle went far and above all of my expectation. Thank you so much Rochelle. Through out all of my interaction, Flavair is a top notch and 5 star rated company that puts costumers first and foremost. Flavair is blessed to have the likes of Rochelle as one of their customer service employees. For all of the above I will defiantly be a lifetime customer.

Fun way to connect!
We purchased two of these calendars and my dad and husband speak nightly to talk about that night’s tasting! What a fun way for them to connect during the holiday season! When we discovered one of our vials was broken, they quickly made it right! Very pleased with both the quality of options in the calendar, the Customer Service, but overall, mostly we are pleased with the whole experience it has created!

Must enjoy what I would call exotic whiskey. Not for the jack Daniel's lover. Way to strong for me. But I will add that adding some eggnog did allow me to drink all of them, nothing waisted 😁

This is my 2nd order and im over it
This is my 2nd order and im over it. Advertised that you had 6 days left to get orders delivered before Christmas, but somehow wont be delivered till January 2nd. Also ordered from hard to find whisky which is in another country and has a superior advent calendar. Hard to find whisky delivered there much nicer advent calendar in two days!! It took flavier fiver days just to ship it’s mediocre looking product. I will be sticking with hard to find whisky. Even with tariffs, they offer a cheaper and much better experience.

For clarity, your order was placed after December 10th, which was the cutoff date after which we could no longer guarantee delivery before Christmas. While we work hard to ship orders as quickly as possible, delivery timelines beyond that point are dependent on carrier capacity. Great calendar and service
Ordered the whiskey advent calendar from Flaviar, they sent it well on time. Unfortunately the delivery service lost it but after letting Flaviar know, they sent a replacement for free which arrived promptly. Enjoying the calendar!

The product is great but the shipping…
The product is great but the shipping with the type of vials is the issue. These vials break to easily. I had broken vials in my advent calendar. I would get the shipping insurance but I don't even know if that would help because I didn't notice my first broken vials until I got to it a few weeks later.
Great portfolio and great after sales service
This year is the second one I buy the advent calendar and seems will become a tradition for us. The offer is whisky is just great and you have the opportunity to try 24 whiskies, some of them completely unknown for me. Besides of that, the membership subscription was in auto renewal mode but when I asked them to cancel it as I didn't notice about that, it took just a few hours to get an answer and a solution 😁
Advent calendar is a let down
The advent calendar presentation and everything is beautiful...but the whiskeys thus far (up to day 16) suck! They're pretty all bourbons...which I don't like. This was supposed to be a fun thing for my wife and I, but she gave up after day 6 or 7 because while I don't like bourbon...she HATES bourbon. Everything thus far has a very strong alcohol taste. Just very disappointed overall, will not order in following years.
