Love the various samples from many different countries in the Advent box. Customer service was very quick to respond and took care of my issue in a short amount of time.
Poorly run business
I received a gift certificate for this company. Finally decided to use it, and wow, what a disappointment. I ordered a 1.75L bottle, got sent a 750ml bottle. I inquired about the wrong item sent, and got some AI chatbot that was no help. A "customer service" rep took over, and has been about as helpful as the chatbot. Two weeks and there is still no refund, no label to return the item and get the full refund. The amount of the certificate covered most of my purchase, but overall I am out $65 for the certificate and the amount I paid. The company seems to not want repeat business. AVOID giving them your money, because you will get scammed. UPDATE: I did eventually get the full bottle I paid for, but only after posting here and to the BBB. Why not take care of the customer early, you know, without me having to do all that extra work to get a response? Seems like a lot for me to do when I could just go to a local business and pick up what I need.

Very satisfied customer
I first discovered Flaviar when my wife gave me one of their Advent calendars 3 years ago. I have been a satisfied customer ever since, and am enjoying another Advent Calendar this year. The Advent Calendars are amazing, a fun way to celebrate the Holiday season and discover some amazing (and sometimes not so amazing) new whiskys. As a "Black Card" member, I have ordered from them many times. Each time the bottles arrived well packaged and safe - until this year when a few bottles in my calendar box arrived broken. Flaviar replaced the whole calendar once I submitted a photo of the bottles! This is excellent customer service! My dealings with them have not been instant, as they work through email, but they have always delivered good service in a reasonable time frame. Their prices are quite good, though that is often offset by the price of shipping. So I do not order my regular drinks through them. But they often have bottles not available locally and sometimes with some bottles they offer free shipping. To say the least I remain a happy customer and recommend Flaviar highly for the calendars and the unique bottles you can't find in your local store.

Efficient resolution!
We received our package, and everything was packed very well. But things happen, and an item was broken when we open the package. I reached out to see if we could replace the small broken item only. They responded quickly to my support message, and walked me through the steps (photos, details, etc.). It was all very easy and intuitive. And within a very short time (and on a weekend not too far from the holidays), the issue was resolved! They were kind and efficient!

I have ordered the whiskey advent calendar 2 years in a row. My husband enjoys the diversity and ability to try so many different, curated brands and styles. I purchased an advent calendar for Christmas and when it arrived 2 of the bottles had broken in transit. I contacted the company and received an immediate response. I was able to get my issue resolved very promptly and to my satisfaction. I was very impressed with their customer service. I would highly recommend this company.

Advent whiskey experience
Love the product. Box edges a little crushed in shipping. Did not really impact the the overall appearance but still disappointing when considering the price. Plus it is meant as a forever display .Advent box was shipped inside another box with no padding so what the outside of the box experienced on its corners, so did the advent box.
