I love the ease of the whole process

I love the ease of the whole process. I have the app to talk with my doctor and keep track of progress. It also gives you tips to help you along the way. I get my medication through the mail so I don't even have to go to the pharmacy which is convenient and also provides privacy. I can cancel anytime I like. Everything is just easy.

Lots of hidden costs so beware

Lots of hidden costs so beware! 2 months on Wegovy bill I was charged $486! There is a $39 sign up fee, then $149 a month then a random additional $149 as a “membership renewal” during the second month.

I don’t like the prices of the medication (Wegovy pills). I am currently paying $149/month for the 4 mg pills and I didn’t know the price goes up with the higher doses. I think the 9 mg is $199/month??? What is the next dose increase going to cost me?

Careless company

I have been waiting two days to talk to staff about the fact that they have sent me now 2 shipments of Wegovy that arrived to warm to use because the pharmacy uses the wrong method to send refrigerated meds to customers. If we did that at the hospital where I used to work, the board of pharmacy would’ve been on our doorstep right after the first complaint citing us. I have been paying member for two months and I have yet to receive my injectable meds. I have yet to talk to staff member about how they’re going to rectify this situation. This company simply doesn’t care about customers how they became a $2.1 billion business I’ll never know but I suspect that a lot of people are taking Wegovy that is useless because it arrives too warm and they don’t know because the company doesn’t tell you you shouldn’t take it unless the cold pack is still somewhat frozen and the medication is cold

I am using the Wegovy pills and have lost 2 pounds. I have another issue. I am 72 years old and recently moved from Texas to SC. I have not been able to find a doctor in my area of SC who will prescribe hormone replacement and so I have run out of the Progesterone 100 mg and Testosterone SR LF 1 MG so now I have having hot flashes and can barely get through the day. I have zero energy and try to fix it with copious amounts of coffee and B12 but nothing seems to help. I'm hoping you can help or suggest something. Begging for help, Angela Brittain

The whole process has been very easy

The whole process has been very easy. My only complaint is that it ends up costing me too much. I'm on Social Security and can't maintain the monthly cost. I hate to give up on it before I'm ready but it's too costly for me.

Wow, had a terrible experience with Hers

Wow, this site is terrible. A doctor replied to my request with a question. She was recommending injections instead of pills because she thought they would cause less of the side effects I was worried about. She wanted to know if I would consider the pens. I was interested in the pens and began working with customer service on the pen pricing. Their pricing transparency is terrible, so it took a couple days to squeeze the prices for the various pen options out of them. As I was in the middle of doing this, a box of pills arrived at my house without my approval, and without me having chosen which pen I wanted. Customer support said sorry, there was no way to return or refund the pills. So, I had to cancel the subscription and am working on getting my money back through my credit card company. Seems like some kind of scam to me. If Hers is reading this, and you want constructive criticism, Make pricing transparent, and don't let other doctors prescribe pills while you're working with another doctor on the best injection pens. It's all just a big free for all mess on the website and seems scammy.
