I was in a rush to get an SR-22 for my DMV appointment the following day and Matt was able to get it done and sent electronically to them all before my appointment. And not to mention the smokin deal that Matt found for me was the cherry on the cake.

DO NOT CALL OR BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I just called about my renters insurance policy. The girl acted like she couldn't hear and transferred me. A dude answered and had mumbled; (Something like,) .."i'm going to call the cops." I don't know (LIKE)WHAT! he was talking about.. Anyway, I was then told my renters insurance policy had been canceled in February. I think this is why. So, I got the policy directly online through the agency. Really, I am sure the girls are beautiful, but, I do not need another baby trying to play middleman playing with his food and making a mess everywhere. I was in the process of going back to my previous car insurance company. I was transferred over to speak to Lalorrie who has been extremely helpful with finding my previous policy I had with them. Very professional and courteous employees. They worked fast and accurately.
That review was the initial in-person visit I had at the Freeway Insurance office.
However; since then, they have sent me an email invited me to register an account and go online to become paperless in the future. I was not able to register online, so when I called and spoke to the help desk, I was told that the system was down temporarily and they would be back up the next day. At that time they would invite me to register again. So far, I have heard nothing from them. It's starting to look a little suspect.
